I do not agree with this topic. if such a situation had occurred, I think that the stock market of the crypto currencies was dead. but some projects can scam unfortunately.

actually most of ico's nowadays are scam, and we are all aware to that, that's why every people in crypto world are being cautious and trying to avoid all those scam ico.

Not all ICO is a scam but most of them are potentially a scam. Just a few of ICOs is the legit one with the real project. You should research by your self to get the legit ICO so you can invest there and get some profit from it.

A lot of ico projects are scam but there are also those that are real and on which you can earn. If you want find good ico project you must know basic requiments good ico. Good team, real objectives and fast support these are basic requiments

It seems like not all of the ICO are currently scam, but this year indeed more ICO who are scam or ico have failed probably because the theme that was carried out by the project has already existed before in ICO which had been successful so that the project was no longer in demand.

No one says tha all icos are scams. Yes many of them do not succeed but this does not make them scams. As long as you get your tokens from them i would say it is not a scam.

I came to this point but i remember what i miss and what i miss is the doing your own research and i came  to the point that not all ICO are scam you should do your reseaech to avoid them as possible so your time is not wasted on scam ones

Indeed there are several ICOs that are scams. We must carefully choose the ICO if they want to participate there like being an investor. The ICO project is now abundant. Even the projects they plan are almost perfect. So it's very difficult to say their project is a scam. Even so, always pay attention to their whitepaper and choose the ICO carefully and thoroughly.

I can still remember ico last year and mostly are legit but if you research ico these days, mostly are scam. Only a few ico is trustworthy and you really need to check it throughly.

I agree, but the reality is that really 90 percent of the ICO is now a Scam. And of those 10 percent that remain, not all ICO are completed successfully.

I read an article about %80 of icos are scams but in this point of view there are still %20 of icos that you can join its bounty campaign or invest in the first place.

I think that among the ICO there is a lot of scam. But there are quality projects with an active team. That the market is now very bearish does not mean that all projects are scam.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Actually, I think that there is 70% of them are scam project.  30% won't scam but 20% of them will be failed. That's why you need to research.

Not really, the majority of the projects are definitely scams, but getting into good projects is really worth, the research you have to make is tremendous though.

Among the ICO projects, there is a lot of scams and I think that at least 60-70% of the projects were created only to receive money from investors.

Asking if every ICO is a scam is like asking if every bitcointalk member has negative trust. As there are scam ICOs, there are also very genuine ones with real intentions and drive to solve particularly problems bedeviling the space.
