No, of course not, because you can not say so about many projects that accept money for development and very well realize the thoughts of investors, but I think that this is certainly not all, it will be necessary to look at their implementation of the project.

99.9 is scam Angry

not all ico is scam and not all ico is real and that's my opinion, and I think the percentage of ico scam is not 99.9% as you say, more than 1% ico is real. so how can you say that

The answer is of course big NO!

Although around 99% of all ICOs out there fail, that doesn't mean that all ICOs are scams. There are still ICOs that are not scams and many ways to avoid scam ICOs.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

The statement you made above is very correct and reasonable, we know that most ICOs projects these days are scam projects that will collect ICO money and disappear, however there are still some of them that have valid project concepts. So we cannot just tag all ICOs scam. Thanks

indeed many of the ICOs are scams, but not all ... only a few ICOs have managed to reach the target. others failed to reach their targets.

It seems to me that many people before joining the ICO, do not study it at all. Because of this, there is an opinion that 90% of scams. In reality, the scammers 40%, I think. Just before you participate in a new company, do not be lazy to check it.

I don't think that 90% ico are scam. There are many but not 90%. One thing is hard to understand that if there is more scam then why people goes to buy it. And a scam put the negative effect on right one.

Yes, recently the number of fraudsters among ICO has increased significantly. But do not take all the scammers. After all, in fact, the market regularly appears and many good ICO, which will really benefit the society and investors.

Most of ICO’S are scam but we can’t say that all projects are scam or going to scam.
Before leaving comments about ICO’S we have to look deeper about the project & if sound is not good then we have to leave comments regarding scam project.
It’s my experience during this study of projects help you to find out legit ICO’S as well, so can say ratio is around 70/30, not all ICO’S are scam.

There is a lot of scam in the cryptomarket, but I'm sure that a market with more than 200 billion capitalization can not be completely scam or bubble. There are some good  ICO..

Not necessarily, but this year many ICOs are scams. Perhaps this is not what the project party wants to see. But because of insufficient funds, the project will fail.

Of course not all ICOs are scam, but it is undeniable that most ICOs are, but I don't think this is the reason why you posted this post.

Since majority of the ICOs are scam many people seeing it as pure scam and should be avoided due to the number of investors who lose their money. But there's still genuine project existing, if you know what points to consider when choosing where to invest then there's nothing to afraid of. Its important to conduct a research and dont believe in there too good to be true promises that's usually scam, its their way to get potential investors for their project.

I do not agree with the statement that every ICO project is a scam. I do not deny that there are projects that are built aiming to cheat, there are also projects with good objectives but failing to sell coins or tokens. I think there are still many projects that are legit and have good growth.

Every ICO is not scam, though majority of ICO's are tagged scam, some eventually becomes legit. One has to be extra careful before making investment in ICO's due to the inherent risk of scam.

No. Not all the ICOs are scam. There are lots of legit ICOs can be found. But we need to do some researches to find out them. Otherwise we will invest in scam projects.

Having a legitimate ICO is actually fair and can be trusted. But now I see a lot of new ICO's that are now a scam, if you want to invest in any ICO in cryptocurrency, first search for the context of the project, whether it's worth investing in.

Of course, there are scams everywhere but i really believe there are also great and legit ICO's. You only have to find the right one by carefully checking their backgrounds and their legitimacy by studying a particular ICO of their goals and purposes.

Exactly not all ico are scam, just be alert on choosing on which Ico is good to be penetrated and study its strategies on how it was develope and reliable to conduct a project with great objectives. Being wise can evade scammers,
