WELL, not 90% of the bench now. So much was the bench after 2017. When there was an ICO boom, many scammers saw this as a good way to make a lot of money. So they began to make their ICO in advance doomed to failure. At the beginning of 2018, there were about 1,000 such projects. Now they are much smaller because people started to understand what the project is Scam and what is not. And especially because of this market, and a large number of scams, investors are more cautious and invest little, so scams projects right now have little chance. There are just projects that do not collect the soft cover because of the state of the market, but in fact the projects are normal.

I believe you should walk with your own feet. Thoroughly research the ICOs of your interest, and I guarantee that over time you will be able to differentiate a legitimate ICO from an ICO scam.

It's irrational to think that every ICO is a scam. There are surely many frauds in this sphere but it wouldn't be so popular and developed if there were no good people here.

As time goes by, I'm sure someone will grow better, especially for those who learn from their experiences. in determining projects that want to be followed by a bounty campaign, it may be difficult for those who do not have extensive experience but need to be convinced later you will be able to determine the ICO to be followed by the campaign

No, but 99% of ICOs are, or they are at least regular money grabs. They don't plan on developing anything concrete.

You also need to understand that if the project could not build a soft cap or hard cap, it does not mean that it is fraudulent. Often the project team itself does not know whether it will achieve the desired result. Also, a lot depends on the proper advertising of the project, this is almost the main factor for successful fundraising.

No,not every ico is scam, there are some good projects with experienced team and promising future ,but I must agree that unfortunately there are many icos with suspisious devs and poor or too fantastic idea of a project. That's why we must make a good research before investing money in icos.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...
I agree, how much I participated in the ico I have never managed to earn something , I think that the ico has outlived its usefulness and is unlikely in the future to collect something else

Indeed, many ICOs are now emerging so we have to be able to choose and research more deeply so that we don't get wrong in investing or participating in bounty campaigns. Learning from experience is important.

Scam projects were full at the beginning of 2018, now there are much fewer Scam projects. Since investors are already trying to avoid such projects. I think that now there are much fewer such projects, and more or less projects reach a good level. I would like that ICO to be of better quality.

I think it is not good to say that every ico is a scam because there are reliable projects as well. I have seen different icos and some were really good and profitable

I agree with your opinion, and I still try to trust the ICO. although it is very difficult to distinguish between real projects and scams projects. I hope that there are technologies or projects that finish the scams.

To think that every project is a fraud is a profound error. This market has its very long phases of growth and recession, and when the cryptocurrency market has a deep recession, then any project is difficult to become successful.

there are indeed many ICOs who cheat but we can't say that all ICOs are cheating because there are still some good ICOs.
but now there are many people who use ICO to cheat so we have to be careful when we want to follow it and not too much when investing in ICOs.

Fraud is really a very high percentage . But there are really good and promising projects . Perhaps this all affects our earnings , and it has become less, but still earn real and possible. Just now you do not need to take all the projects, and carefully analyze

Sure that not every ico a scam because there are many reliable projects as well. To my mind, you should check whether the project is a good one before you take part in it not to lose money

No one trust any developer again cause if rate in which many get scammed, and yet many are coming out everyday but we still have people that buy but not like we used to see, and this makes many conclude that ico are scam and need to be really careful about it.

you need to find certain features that will point you to authenticity or to fraud in projects. The fact is that fraudsters are also working on their offspring, in order to attract as many investors as possible and deceive them. Based on this, fraudulent projects also look very attractive.
