I also believe in russian teams and developers, but even on this forum I saw a lot of messages "russian team = SCAM". Meanwhile, we are here to support StopTheFakes and project has collected in 24 hours 44 ETH. Waiting for new result...

You have to analyze each project precisely.  It doesn't matter if the scam project with the Russian team, Polish, Czech or other. This is not easy to understand ICO market. But if you can analyze it, you'll always found out if the project scam or not
