The coins were sent from a fresh wallet which had just been synced with a blockchain. I don't think it's a problem anyway as I have also today transfered coins from completely fresh blockchain to an existing one with just the daemon updated and that worked fine.

2. Run wallet daemon to create wallet-folder ".swipp"
$ ./swipp -daemon


3. Write configuration into swipp.conf file

$ cd ~/.swipp
$ nano swipp.conf

Write this:

If its confirmed in the block explorer - then yes, it's something at their end. Then maybe it will show up eventually.

Looking at their wallet status, they seem to be stuck on block 93344, so it has not synced for a while.

UPDATE: Some time later, coinsmarkets is now on 93350. So it's moving, just very very slowly.

There should really not be any difference ... Maybe there is a difference with the network nodes ?
Another thing might be that you might need to do a resync on the windows wallet (this can happen if it has conflicts with the old chain).
