Afaik It is very random, some people became a legendary too early, others have to wait ~ 1000 activity before getting the new rank, it is a matter of luck

I will give you 2 examples
First one you have 100 posts and 28 activity then in the next period when you make 1 post you will obtain +14 activity so a total of 42 activity (of course if you made only 1 post in that period and it was deleted you will lose your 14 activity of that period)

Second case you have 28 posts and 28 activity then in the next period when you make 1 post you will have 29 posts and 29 activity but you will have also 42 potential activity (that's mean even if you didn't make other posts in that period and you make 13+14  posts in the next period you will have 29+13+14=56 activity & posts

I've answered this question on the other thread. Either you didn't read or don't understand. I'll assume the later.

Like I said before, you reach Jr. Member by having 30 activity. Activity have a limit of 14*[number of activity periods that you've posted in]. You've only posted in 2 activity periods so you can only get 14*2 activity max. So you'll have to wait for the next activity period to begin before you can get to Jr. Member.
