Bittrex.com and etherdelta.
They're both secure and fast.
Honestly I'm only using etherdelta few times already when I converted some of my tokens into Ethereum into cash.
But bittrex.com is highly recommended by my colleagues so I trusted them and I recommend it also.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I personally like Binance. I wish they could quickly add a few more coins in the top 50 by marketcap but in terms of useability I like it.

Their fees are also very low. Something like 0.05 per cent if you get a couple or their 'Binance coins' directly from their exchange.

Most of my transactions were done in bittrex, few on Kraken and Novaexchange. But Novaexchange which supports some rare coins, is going to close in next April.

I would recommended etherdelta and HitBtc, seeing so many new ERC20 token created and droped through airdrop. And the fast way to trade them is on etherdelta. After that, HitBtc is the 2nd exchange place that trageting by their dev. Seen so many new coins go there after ICO.

Yobit and bitrex are the best exchange I've been use for a while now.
Yobit has too much problems with their wallets and on bittrex you will have to give your personal information.
I would go with liqui or cryptopia. Poloniex is also good exchange.
Etherdelta is pretty good to
It is good but I don't like it because we have to pay transaction fees.

Why? Is there any exchange that don't have any transaction fees? If yes I would love to use it. Grin

So far my apple of my eyes now are etherdelta and hitbtc. Before I hate to use them like hitbtc as I always heard my friends and warned me that I should stay away or else I'll end up having headache but I wanna see it for myself so I tried and it went smoothly and with the fees it's reasonable tho. While etherdelta I always love for being decentralized however, before I find it too slow so I just change the gwei to much higher then I'm good.

Using Binance at the moment. Is that one of the best, or there are better ones?  I live in Sydney Australia by the way.

Thanks:)

bittrex is best one i store on it +7 btc

Bitters seems to have the smoothest transactions. Also, depending on your operating system and what type of computer; laptop, desktop, ipad, mobile ... will make a difference in speed and ease of use.

Poloniex isn't too bad. Although I wouldn't put a lot of money in any of the exchanges. They're not 100% secure.

And which exchange has the lowest fees?

And do I need to provide photo ID etc to join them and to start buying coins?

Thanks:)
I am trading my coins in bittrex. Many people are also using bittrex because it is one of the trusted trading exchange. You should try to trade your coins in the bittrex for you to experience a better exchanger.

it is hard to say right now caus it depends which coin do you like to trade or buy. but i think with bittrex, poloniex and binance you have covered most important coins.
also recommend etherdelta for trading for absolutely new erc20 token. cause this exchance is defnitly the first one who offer this brand new tokens.

I use poloniex and bittrex. You only need is your email add and your password to make an account. And you can enhance your account afterward if you want your account to be more secured.

Are you looking to buy coins with FIAT or with Crypto currencies. If you're looking for FIAT deposits it might be quite tricky to do that, because you'll have to find an exchange that cover your geographical location and serves your market. The issue is that many jurisdictions and regulations have different rules on how exchanges should operate, and not all of the exchanges can comply by them, meaning that their operations are being limited (geographically). You can search for an exchange that is local (operating in your country). When trading from crypto to crypto, that's much easier, you don't usually need any sort of confirmation or your location/country doesn't even matter, you can simply do this automatically as with shapeshift.io

Yes I use Bittrex and Cryptopia, gdax for trading in the main coins. I think it depends greatly on where someone lives as to which exchange is best... some I am unable to access due to location.

Well if you try to look around a little more or search on google or even jist read more in this forum, you can really be able to find great exchanges that a lot of people really use and recommend. But it is great that you have asked here because a lot of scammers are waiting for typos so they can steal your funds.

I use bittrex. Simply because it is easy to use and is pretty secure, Haven't had any problems with bittrex yet.

I would go with Bitrex or polenix trade the newly reached coins as well. They really take most of the coin added to the trading site. If you check the coinmarketcap most of the new coin trading link will be direct to bitrex only.
You can do trade with the any coin and you can exchange it btc or eth.

For the big boy crypto's, Coinbase/GDAX is the only go-to.  Plus they're the main fiat on-ramp, so it's a win-win to me.
