Just one-
"Don't panic when the price of crypto currency is low and also don't be greedy when the price is too high". That's all from me.
From my experience in crypto currency world I had seen that many of my friends became fed up when the price is low. As a result they got away from Crypto world. On the other side I also seen many people got poor due to too much greed.

From my point of vision, you already have a great start as a newbie, my best advice you can get as a newbie is just be an avid reviewer of crypto articles, news, ICOs and coming waves of crypto

Generally, I listed are mostly for long term holds. It's completely your observation, in which way you would like to go. Several privacy coins have a future.

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers

I see that your portfolio is pretty nice. But I think you should change exchange your XRP to IOTA, because as you can see in last year ripple doesn't have any good development like other alts

Hello my friend, wish you are happy to find this great field.
Well, i might suggest you to never give your balance for shitty coins, never invest in FOMO periods, act fast and always make researches, be a smart guy and pickup the good coins only, don't try to play with your luck, don't risk anything you can't afford to lose too, it's so wild here, you can lose so much, you can make some great profits too!
Finally, store your coins in a safe place, be smart and don't fall for scammers!
Best of luck!

Don't be afraid to try learning and researching about this world gaining more knowledge. I see you have a high potential to have some high-priced a fair coin. Maybe you would think if it was such a gambling. If you hold you will get more profit if not you will lose a lot of profit.

For a beginner, it is better to start with subscription companies, if you invest in coins, then in low-cost promising altcoins and track their price growth dynamics, gain experience in trading.

What's the status of your crypto journey, now half a year later, did you hodl your coins or did you add some new coins to your portfolio.

My advice is take your time. Still now you do not have enough experience to understand what project is worth investing in. It is better to listen to the leaders of opinions. for example Ian Balina. When you understand, you can start investing on your own.

Your talks seem more matured than those of top ranks members, they not do resemble that of a newbie. Anyway you can still add to your portfolio with https://yumerium.com. It is an interesting ICO with great potential. Diversify your investments portfolio rather than concentrate on adding to bitcoin.

I think it's better to keep splitting it up in some coins. Maybe among all you have Omg is the biggest contributing. If you still feel confident you may be able to add it, or you can add another altcoin item.

Yes after dropping at the beginning of the month maybe it's time for crypto to grow back. I do not know if this is a really good time to buy, but in my opinion, top 10 coins will keep growing until the end of the year.

It is not too hard to look for altcoin if your goal is long term investment. You just choose between the top 20 coins. But keep in mind that prices will not always go up, and the key is how your decisions when prices go down.

I think almost all the famous coins are bought last month has now grown. Maybe after bitcoin and altcoin, for long-term investments, you can start giving a small portion of your investment to new projects.

Regardless of  you buy at the right time, you already have a goal while investing. And proven to produce. Maybe you can add an investment to each coin, rather than collect it together to reduce risk.

If you don't have capital to start maybe you should go to altcoin community maybe altcoin can help you about your problem. Collect tokens and ex change it to bitcoin then go start to invest in anything. or maybe you hold those coins you hold wait for the time that those coin goes higher, the value i mean. don't buy you can make your own way, you don't need to spend money.
