How is the security and confidentiality of information ensured?
As it written in the White Paper of the project, the security is ensured by blockchain-based smart contracts, if you want to understand how it works, go check the Xwin documentation and its ways of protection.

Betting is a heavily regulated sphere, so it's better to pay more to be safe.
That depends heavily on the country, in my opinion. For example, the number of 15% seems wild to me, as in my homeland betting is mostly free from unneeded constraints of law.
I think 15% is a healthy amount. With a lower percent it would probably be a fraud.
On the one hand, not a little, but on the other hand 15% of the legal costs, which include licenses, attorneys' fees and fees for other legal procedures of the procedure, this is a necessity and this is justified

Not every project using crypto currency will be successful and even less of them are related to real life. But there is one in whose success I have no doubt, that is Xwin. Now Xwin collected 1.6 milion dollar

I don't argue with the fact it is necessary, but the number of percentage of the incomes for legal advisors can be argued. However, that is a developer team's choice, and users can agree with that or not.

Do other legit betting ones enable bets with crypto system?
It seems to me that somewhere they said that no. This is the uniqueness of such projects, don't you think so?
Congratulations for 1000th post on this thread. There are few projects that offer online betting through cryptosystem.
1000th post, ahah, i even haven't noticed! Yes, that's what i was talking about. Some projects have alredy this system.

On their website it is claimed that collected funds will be spent to development, PR, maintenance and other important needs.

Because according to the size of most bets, 10% of the money is not that much to cover expenses to all important things such as lawyer.
Could you explain in which way are connected size of most bets and law expenses?
Does this project not get a percentage off of a bet someone made? If it does then the money they make is going to sustain this project's health and security.
As far as I understad, this percentage is not of bets but of investments
It seems to me that in the case of this project rates are an investment in this project.

If I understood correctly, according to White Paper there won't be deductions from bets, so they can't be investments in this project.

One more question:is this project dedicated only for betting and bookmakers or there is a chance to use it as an investment system? Passive income, etc?

As far as i know, if you interested in the investing aspect you can join the ICO and basically become a co-owner of the project. How does that sound?

Sounds ridiculously good, once it allows me to make some suggestions to its main owners, right?

Well, they usually work closely with the community to improve the Xwin, but look at the roadmap- they will have their hands full for at least two next years.

I'm definitely sure I get my pockets filled by astounding amount of cash once I'll become co-owner of its ICO. Thus, another question: why don't everyone join Xwin as its co-owners?

The oldest reason has that ever excited in business- people are afraid to take risks. But you know, if you don't risk, you don't get yourself rich!

Maybe because not everybody can invest big amount to get good percent.
