I wonder, though, if using VPN allows people that live in strictly regulated countries to use this platform and many other ICO projects? You either get behind such projects or get behind everyone else.
Well, VPN may be a good way to participate in ICO, but will its connection speed be enough to work normally?
Everything shoud be OK if trusted VPN is used but keep in mind that VPN services may save logs and police may request access to them.

I think this is hard, no need to do that in countries where ICO is forbidden, too many risks and there's no guarantee that everything will be fine and bring you some incomes.

The problem is not in ICO but in services which are provided by the specific project.

If you were a big-time criminal, yeah, otherwise no one would invest time, money or any other resources for an investigation.

Well, I don't know about restrictions for services, tell me more if you do, interesting.

Can anybody explain please how to understand this?
Tokens will be deposited within one minute after the transfer of funds. Transfer funds only from the purse on which you want to receive tokens. Do not use the purses of stock exchanges and wallets that do not support tokens!
Please use the recommended gas price for your purse. Or the transaction can be rejected and the money will be returned to your account.
  I have ETH wallet ...

For example casinos are forbidden in the UAE so it's citizens and residents can't participate in the ICO of casinos but can participate in ICO of other projects which services are allowed.

Yeah, I got it, so it depends on what every single project can offer. Then we talk not only about ICO but about everything that related to casino or other things. And, talking about XWIN - betting is legal everywhere, isn't it? So it's not a problem.

That's exactly I was talking about but I don't know if betting is legal everywhere.

It is, but some countries restrict opportunities to do betting, for example, in Poland you can make bets only on Polish services.

Why not? There r not such hard terms of competition. So you don't really need very high connection speed..

I read that if you invest in a project under a Chinese, American, Canadian or Singapore IP address, your actions are considered illegal under the laws of your country.

In general, this is interesting idea, but I do not understand what happens in case of Force Majeure (for example, if the match was canceled at the last minute). Do not withdraw funds, or do they simply return? And does it take a margin?

We've been talking about this recently, most of us agreed that they will include e-sports because it grows every year and is a big business now.
