As far as I know, they're based in Belize and it is possible that there is no need to make a license You're not quite right, cuz without bookmaker license this is nothing but a carnival of rust! That's just the point. And btw I do not quite understand what directions in the project the artificial intelligence is involved in? And what is his innovation here in this project? |

There always some risks, but cryptocurrency operations are safer than operations with e-money. About monitoring investments - ability to monitor them depends only on convenience of their website and app, where you register your profile and make operations. |

Is this project implemented regardless of the results of the ICO?
Didn't understand the question, if you're talking about the incomes, then project probably will work after the ICO to get some extras, I guess. I guess Melisa would like to know if this project has a budget to its realization in case if ICO will not be successful. In my opinion, it`s an interesting question |
