I wonder if Xwin will be accepted all over the world, as betting is usually really heavily regulated, especially in European countries?
As far as I know, they're based in Belize which makes them abide their regulations rather than European, for example.

But if I am a European citizen I would have to abide the laws of my country, and wouldn't they conflict with the concept of the platform such as Xwin?

Xwin platform is currently based for all types of countries and its laws, I believe, no wonder if they are backed by each law as well.

How much this ICO plans to collect investments and how to proceed, after completion ICO, the project will be developed and implemented?
ICO stands for Initial Coin Offering. It’s an event, sometimes referred to as ‘crowdsale’, when a company releases its own cryptocurrency with a purpose of funding. As a result, the company gets the capital to fund the product development and the audience members get their crypto tokens’ shares, so Xwin will have a possibility to realize all its` plans according to the roadmap

I don't think that's how it works, you just go ahead and use this platform in the ways the country it's based in allows you to use it.

But why do large international companies like Facebook have different Codes of Conduct for different countries? I wouldn't be able to do something from my computer, if my ISP can pass that to the police.

I can't solve the problem with refreshing the website page once I'm using VPN, should I turn it off instead to get an access to my account then?

Who knows what percentage takes betting in global gambling business?
Actually, I don`t know what is the percentage, but I`ve heard that the size of the online gambling market is going to reach 52-billion result in 2018!

They're big enough to cause a stir in the social politics in those different countries, those rules are established to give more control over the website to the devs rather than politicians.

Oh man, I've had the same problem! There is a trick you need to do in order for the website to properly work through VPN- just turn off your firewall, as it seems to block one of the necessary ports!

Thanks for that incredible advice, I guess that can work for all the browsers, right?

But when Xwin becomes bigger and more popular, wouldn't it fall into the category of "big enough" projects?

That might be true, but you have to keep in mind the way this project is structured, it can't really have any influence on politics or social opinions like Facebook.

Well, I've tested that with Chrome myself, and my friend confirmed that it also solves the problem on Safari.

You're absolutely right because usually restrictions in some countries are not only about the gambling but also for participation of citizens in it.

But what about the society and it's opinion towards betting? They will be irreversibly changed.

That will affect only the people that already got themselves involved in betting and again it's not going to affect politicians, the decision and law-making engine.

The one that interests me the most is the regulation of betting in terms of it's taxation. If it is not taxed, a lot of governments will ban it, I think.
