I saw such news too. Midex chose them 'cause Belarusian president signed a decree  "the development of the digital economy". The document stipulates, among other things, the conditions for implementing blockchain technologies and describes conditions for the use of tokens and crypto currency.

Well, personally I don't think that it is the same project and the same team. I believe in Xwin, cause I see so many people who have already invested and I'm sure that we all gonna at least double our investments.

Dude, LMFAO, this is project of 2014 year. Of cource it is probably failed. Nowadays there are much more advanced technologies. People r more educated in crypto sphere

Of course there r some cons of smart contracts. People write the code, and can make mistakes. If the smart contract is in the Blockchain, it doesn’t change. Currently, no government is regulating smart contracts. As a result, there is a potential issue if governmental institutions decide to make a legislative framework for smart contracts. Smart contracts cannot be performed without programming. It is essential to have an experienced coder on the staff to make fail-proof smart contracts and adopt the internal structure of the company for Blockchain technology.

They are aimed for $7.5m but I've read that they will implement project anyway. To my mind $2.7 is still good considering that there's one more week of ICO.

They are aimed for $7.5m but I've read that they will implement project anyway. To my mind $2.7 is still good considering that there's one more week of ICO.

$7.5m it is perfect, but I think for their reach $4-5m at the end of ICO. Also, most of the ICO collect the same. But I already said that. In addition, the team reported that the project is developing regardless of the results ICO.
