do you consider to calculate the trade with usd or btc itself. For example 6 months ago 1 btc was 3000 but now is 10.000 and by the time you reach an amount it slips from your hands and becomes a new gap

I don't know who mentioned arbitrage trading, but I'm not doing it for sure  I wonder if you gained profit from the recent spike of BTC price from $8000 to $9500 or you were just trading bitcoin to altcoin pairs? either way it should generate good gain if you buy/sell at the right time, good fluctuation price so, any chance you're going to share your trades history? The whole point of the challenge is to increase the amount of bitcoin. This starts from the assumption that bitcoin will gain value in time. In a post in early November, I stated that Bitcoin would reach $10,000 by the end of 2017 and will reach at least $30,000 during the 2018. The first one was easier because it was a 2 months prediction... who knows what will happen in 12 months. Anyway the demand for cryptocurrency is increasing day by day and Bitcoin right now has no rival, so it is hard to imagine something that can stop bitcoin price to grow. My strategy is solid now. Normally I would tell something like this after months or years of track record, but, since last time I adjusted my strategy, I can see clearly that crypto market is a manipulated, psychological game and it is very easy to make money for the time being. I will share my strategy before the end of 2017  |

Its hard to do if somebody cant analyze the market but when you have some experience its possible even before 6 months.

With day-trading is more than possible to make this kind of gains in less than 1 year,but that depends on your risk management and aggressivity. Be smart and always take into account btc movements and news/catalysts. I wish the best of luck and be careful with your bitcoin! Overall it is a great store of value.  |

i also was trading with the gunbot, but turned it off in sept, because of everything losing value , but value is back now. guess i should turn it back on

https://i.imgur.com/Rnv065u.pngI reached 0.19 BTC yesterday in the early morning, mainly trading ADA. As soon as I wrote here that I was trading ADA, the price went from 850 to 1690 in 5 hours... I should write more Though I already took most of my profits, I had part of my trade with a take profit at 1700 (I wanted to double from 850). The price stopped at 1690 and then it went back, not the luckiest situation. Still trading on ADA, but I don't think it will reach 1690 again, so need to be very careful. I have just sold DASH, 0.0791 is too high in my opinion. You gonna make it. Hmm i think day trade its hard for someone noob like me  Already try and keep losing cant focus either cause i got bussines and college. Its hard to do if somebody cant analyze the market but when you have some experience its possible even before 6 months.
Everything is possible in crypto and with the right knowledge and skills you can be a millionaire in a short span of time. And I think that is the reason why many people invest in crypto now. |

I agree, that is no easy feat indeed! Earning 50% is even hard but x10 your money? That's amazing right there. I do hop OP was able to do it, since it would likely be hard to predict the market and be able to position himself on good altcoins to buy and profit from. Though I was able to do some good trades in the past, I can't say that I am near x10 the investment. It would be fascinating to see him succeed though. |

This won't happen with every user. Because, we don't know when the growth of the particular altcoins that we have in hands is gonna happen. So, Op has got to be with luck to make use of the asset that he has been holding. If this happens with every user 0.1 to 1btc in a month is possible with majority of the traders.

My feeling too that a lot of the big moves are manipulated. I'd be interested to know what software tools you are using and what sort of rig you have got... any photos?
I have noticed some gaps from the Bittrex API at times you too?
