You set up something wrong then, you could just follow what op wrote in his opening post. With xrp and dgb you could earn a lot by now, and I say this two because op wrote about them. You could buy any coin in top 10 on market cap and by now you are would earn a lot too. There are so many good coins that rising whole last year, I can't understand that someone from here didn't earn some money or big money from trading or just buying and holding, last year was so fruitful for many of us here and if you don't know what to do just follow others and you will make money.

believe that OP just got lucky to get the right timing on the coins he capitalizedu,but this not necessary means everytime we try thia strategy is eaning indeed.maybe lets accept the reality that in daytrading luck is part of success and success is too far from all of us.

Im not a pro. But i think you can reach this gaol faster then six months. When you just trading bitcoin it can take this long. But if you use it with some altcoin it can go much faster. SO bet your money on new coins who are low at value but have potential. So you have to take time and analyze them!

I think it is not impossible for you to reach 1 BTC from 0.1 BTC depending on the time of length and the initial capital in trading altcoins. Since you said that you are a professional trader then I think you already have your own strategies to earn more from trading. Most of the traders deal with day trading because they said that it is more profitable than doing it at night. I am looking forward in your achievement.

Been investing for 20$ in August 2017 , Bought BTC, forget how much it is , Sell it when it reach around $9000
Then Use 50% to Bought ETH , and another 30 to bought BCH , and save another in IDR , my exchanger is VIP.Bitcoin.co.id , then sell ETH after it price increase , bought XLM , when it price is arround 0.002$ Correct Me if i am Wrong , then sell it when it reach over $0.3 , and then follow some ico , and open new account at Bitrex and HitBTC , now i have total asset arround 1600$ ,like bon jovi said sometimes luck aint got lucky. I've entered in right time i think , my biggest sober is when i lose 2 BTC account , i am starting bitcoin on 2013 , then forget all about it , and restarted from bottom , and my 2nd and 3rd sobber is why i am selling my btc in $9000 and why i am didn't buy much BCH  that time , now i am investig in vibe and swift , wish me luck guyss , iff i got something to write , i'll write about it. I cant tell you how much i have in detail , because i am too shy , i am just a poor guy from Some of Indonesian Village that trying to be daily trader , so i can keep eating and life because of Bitcoin sometime , haha i'l do this as my prime job for now , cause i am still in college . With the news about ripple partnering with american express as an entry point for them to get into blockchain technology. Your stash of ripple must soon to be going up.
Even if the other alt coins are getting 'rekt' as one poster put it due to the bitcoin price going up quite rapidly.

I would not be surprised at all. At least for profit, it would be one thing to look at, but I am not just always comfortable as a person in holding ripple for so long, knowing that it is more of a centralized coin. However, with this development, we may actually see the price take a bull up. However, right now and the way alt market is really finding it hard to survive with BTCs bullish trend, I would thread carefully.

It is great to see so many good stories of people starting with little money and then building their capital and wealth through bitcoin and altcoins. I also started with 0 and slowly have grown a decent sized portfolio and I keep adding to it by doing freelance jobs here on Bitcointalk forum like signature campaigns and Youtube videos, a little ICO investing and trading when I have time. It all adds up and it is becoming much better for everyone involved.

Indeed, sometimes it is not only on your skills but in the coin itself. There are several coins that even if you do not use your skill you could still gain a pretty big profit. However, I do believe that you have a better skill because within 6 months you able to turn your 0.1 into 1 bitcoin in just a matter of time.
