what happend?

Bugpowder was drunk yesterday and bet 1BTC on the x8 payout and won.
And someone else bet 100BTC on the x1.1 payout several times and won, bringing the site's profit down from 200 to 100.

Yep, it's down. Curiously the tab is just loading forever, not getting any error message in Firefox.

I played for the last 3 days and lost about 2 btc. It was fun and I like the site, its just that I'm having much better luck at Satoshidice where I have won 4 btc. Will try it again when its up again.

It's perfectly normal, I've invested 1 humble BTC so the next logical step is a "crash" in profit and my "investment" is 1% down. Murphy's law.  Angry

Really guys we have been down a not even a hour, give it some time and allow him to sleep once Doog is up it will get taken care of.

yes, 100% ack.

Just pointing out that nothing is "save" or "less save" or what ever just because the coins are still in the offical cold storage.

Safe, as in the money has not been moved out of that particular address yet.

Wow...The cynicism is awful.

Websites crash.  Let's give it some time people.

I'll go out on a limb and assume the whole thing is fixed in a few hours, so thanks for the .01 BTC.

it isn't necessarily cynical - it is merely one of the possible outcomes every time the site goes down. Wink

whenever this happens we should play a game, "post how much you have invested/deposited in the site and how worried you are that you've lost it all from 0-10, 0 being not worried and 10 being quite worried!"

Personally I blame mp's vagina banner for the spike in traffic that took the server out.
