Your shipping information page says orders less than 5k are $17, but when I check out with 1oz of gold or silver, it shows only $5.60 shipping. What is going on?
We updated our shipping prices to be more competitive based on a recommendation from this thread. Thanks for pointing out that discrepancy. We will fix it. |

I received my order in about 3 days time from initially purchasing the product off of agora, this is hands down the fastest shipping ive ever seen coming from a metal dealer, I think that Amagi has the upper hand on packaging and I think that is the only thing that could use adjusting, granted this was a small order but when ordering 5+ bars I think the shipping used wouldnt be good enough,  Agora is definitely a top notch contender in the BTC->commodities sector and will definitely be purchasing another round of bars asap, thank you Joe! |

Thanks randrace. We were doing some back end work. We tried to do it in the middle of the night so it would effect as little of our customers as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
