Hello everyone, recently there has been a lot of panic on this forum due to the big price change of Bitcoin (as it always happens). Understandably, many people are confused and worried as they have lost thousands in their value, especially if they have bought higher than the current price. But as someone who has been into Bitcoin for 1.5 years (not too long, I know) I want to advice to newcomers to simply relax. Huge price swing were always a part of Bitcoin, so there's nothing extraordinary here and the worst thing you can do is to make panic trades. Basically, there are two main approaches to Bitcoin trading - you either hodl it, meaning you never sell it until it reached "the moon", or you are actively trading it to get profit from volatility. So, if you believe in Bitcoin's technology and don't have experience as a trader, I suggest you to not touch your coins - Bitcoin always tends to increase in its value in the long run.

Im really looking forward that what you're saying is true. I am also new to this world (less than a year) and also experienced dip in the prices of cryptocurrencies but man, this current drop takes too long and too low and really scared me. There are so many times I wanted to pull out all my coins but I get courage from reading threads in this forum that all will be alright.

If you want to relax in the BTC I think you should join the virtual trading platform, they will give you virtual account with fixed amount of money. So you will not worry about losing money, you will relax looking at their prices without fear.

I am very new to this bitcoin thing. Actually I have never experienced trading or investing because I dont have any coins yet to do it. And reading the forums about this investment or trading gives me a lot of information about how this works. So I thank you for all the wonderful advice you have shared to us newbies.

Just enjoy relax and make the best out of bitcoin. You should have the longest patience ever and determination.
For sure it will give you a lot of profit if you will have patience, your determination will increase your power to hold your bitcoin, price of bitcoin will increase with time but you will have to have patience not to sell at panic price, if you will invest at the same time you can join signature campaign for earning extra money, so you will not be worry about the price falling, so in short you will have to be more determined and the more patient to hold your bitcoin for long time, to get huge profit and right future.

I agree with your advice. The crypto market always hides the pressure of our thoughts. I think new members need to experience the market and refer to it for a long time. Relax, invest time to learn and practice patience and psychology. That is what it takes to be able to face and overcome the pressure on the crypto market to seek great profits.

I suggest anyone interested in investing in BTC to learn Technical Analysis so that you can make a more informed decision as to when to invest. Believing in technology is one thing. I'm not here to argue over wether or not BTC is a bubble or going to die. I believe none of that to be true and believe 100% that BTC will rebound and remain the most valuable crypto currency. However, who wants to watch their hard earned money go down the toilet? Since learning TA I have made more BTC than I've lost. There are countless resources online that can act as starting points for novices to learn for free from more experienced traders. Do your own research.

These are simple Advise to Newbies:
Stop checking the price every few min, don't try to be a trader if you don't have skills and experience for it, just HODL and wait for the moon. Long-term investing is always smarter and less stressful than short-term gambling on price.
Also don't let the Fees and the price of Bitcoin be a challenge to you. the technology is still quite new and there is room for improvement. As for the congestion is only temporary and caused by the spike in trading

I think the relaxing part should be on the stage when newbies understand and have a
foothold in cryptocurrency know-hows and would have a bit of investments purchased
and a little tiny taste of profits. Although it's a fine approach saying relax, almost
makes one think not to worry. Though that is a good implication or approach to all
of the effects dips have on everybody, investors and new comers too. It's dips after
dips, lets relax since it won't last whole year. Take the time to feel the market and
reassess investments and plan ahead or try to anticipate upcoming conditions that
might be of use to you.

I agree with you man. Bitcoin tends to grow as years passes by so don't panic whenever there is a quick change in it's price since it will still grow back again.
I think my advice to newbies are first learn to be patient, bitcoin is not stable on its value sometimes theres an increase sometime it decreases so don't rush in making decisions and second be knowledgeable about bitcoin to avoid making wrong decisions.

Q1 had been a nightmare for the crypto market. There isn't many instances where a period as long as of 3 months have seen a bear market. But Q2 is still looking positive. All the negative news that took the price to dirt seems to fade and lose their importance. A lot of bad news have already priced in, there isn't a scope of any other massive reduction in price from any other negative news. Also, if see the Bitcoin history, Q1 has always been a bearish market and Q2 has always proven to be a relief. Many experts and analyst are predicting the same positive growth for Q2.

That's really the bitcoins, because it's falling and rising. We must know it. So in the new comers do not panic immediately. Because it may be higher after the collapse.

Looking at the dramatic posts at this forum I would say that everything is overfload with newbies and experienced Bitcoin users have gone somwhere.
You all have to get used that Bitcoin price corrections are inevitable and they will happen from time to time. And the price isn't that bad currenty so I don't see why all this panic is for. But don't compare the price with that from the end of the last year, this we will not see so soon again.

I have brought alot of persons onboard into the crypto space,  about 4000 persons, Id there is one thing I tell them is to keep calm and go on with their normal life activities as though bitcoin or other crypto does not exist.  I tell them to come back after 7 months and see the wonders that would have happened to their coin.  Most of the persons I brought into crypto are very calm even though there are challenges.

I think anyone would panic, and when the price of bitcoin goes down beyond your ability to accept it, you're holding it as an experienced bitcoin, and you're going to panic. The best thing a beginner should do is to learn more knowledge.

Bitcoin does have some problems right now but everything will be fine soon. Just stay away from people spreading rumors and false claims and you'll be fine. Actually one can use this opportunity to invest in bitcoin as the number decreases and many people will sell their funds to "cut their losses" at very tempting and pocket-friendly prices for those who have not started a big budget kick.

I really appreciate your effort to cooling down the atmosphere of the people you brought into the community, as it's the duty to us who jumped into the crypto first than them. Also advise them not to trust directly into FUDs, because of mostly the starter's mistakes are instantly believed in the spreading rumors without trying to dig into the news first.

We cannot pretend that we are not afraid to lose our investments. But as long as bitcoin is here we can still have a profit. Yes sometimes we tend to get tired of waiting and discourage but you know there is no success if we will not take the risk.
