The best time to sell is the time you think you have make so much through your investment but it better not to sell all because of the volatility of the crypto currency market and you could keep some money in other to do some quick buy when there is dip.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Like the saying goes : you can not hit the target you can not see. The first thing you do when buying in on coin is to set the price you are selling or buying more. If you go into any coin hoping for whatever, it is sure whatever is what you are going to get.

Nicely said!
The perfect time to sell bitcoin is at higher prices simply invest into bitcoin for the longer terms and when your desired prices come on the market chart simple sell those coin because waiting more at that time will lead you to the more wait for the higher time so don’t wait when the record value come and more of it bitcoin prices are bit volatile so keep on checking the prices if you really want to earn bigger loaf of profit.

There is no such kind of method or way which can actually help you in knowing this thing that now is the time to sell your bitcoins. It is you who has to analyses the situation in a way that you can get a handsome amount of profit by selling your bitcoins or any other crypto coin. The best time to sell your coins is that time when you are getting your estimated amount of profit by selling your coins.

how to know to sell it depends on your own, if you are sure to sell it then it's a good time to sell it. but should not be sold all, because there are times when demand and supply are high. this is a way to avoid losses in sales.
other than that if you use long-term or short-term investment. if using long term then it should continue to monitor the price, and if the price soared you can sell it at the price you have set. but remain cautious in taking action.

I know when is the right time to sell the coins you have when I already get more than 100% profit, but I rarely sell the coins I have because I want to play long term.
With good and quality coins, yes holding is the best thing to do and keep buying and collect them will bring more profits, but when dealing with short term better not to be greedy having 10-20% earnings would be fine and finding another coins to invest should be taking place.

And if dealing with day trade you can also use small profits like 5-10% because of fluctuations, advantage of small earnings will bring you decent profits as well.

Nicely said, 10 to 20% is the usual earnings I've been targeting since the beginning and luckily I got always correct with my chosen altcoins to buy. 100% is only for those who holds for long term so it still depends on the op's preference of doing some trades

No one know exactly when hold or sell. It depends on the coin and the market. You have to follow the market to catch the news and make right decision

If we are greedy then 20% profit will we leave, this is the resistance we often face in trading. It is important for us to understand that we must take advantage to avoid further losses. and it is important to feel grateful that regrets will not happen.

Choosing a selling point in this market is very important as it helps you maximize profit and minimize the risk for your investment. To know when to sell you really need a lot of knowledge about cryptocurrency as well as experience in this market. Because of this market is quite volatile, sometimes bad news has emerged, the market has changed in the direction of down immediately. Try to update the information in a timely manner and supplement your knowledge of this market so that you can make predictions about it accurately.

My strategy on my short term trades is too sell it once it goes on top 30 gainers. These are the coins that are based on hype and will not end well in the long run so it's my own signal for selling it all.

When to hold is easy, you must hold almost all the time no matter what happens or the things you hear you need to learn to tune out all the noise, sell only if you really need the money or when you reach your goals with bitcoin, maybe it is an specific price or maybe something you would like to do with your bitcoin.

This is a good strategy, but if you are always following this strategy from the scratch, i am sure that you are going to have more losses than earnings, since there are more than 200 coins listed on the major exchanges.

So no, this is false, and it doesn't works.

Hold it, but then start to sell it once you see a small pop in value.

If your portfolio gains 15%, then you could either sell it then, or wait longer and watch it grow more most of the time.

there are several ways you can do to know a little about market price movements and to get the right time to sell or buy, try to learn about the fundamentals, many of those in the trade have fundamental knowledge and are very helpful in analyzing change and predicting the future the coin

Yes there's a lot of ways when they sell our bitcoin or altcoins but before we sell it make sure that the price we have in the market was aligned with the right amount in the future. Because if we wrong to sell our coins there's a possibility that instead of earnings we lost our investment.

In my opinion To simplify matters for newbies  you can sell out when prices are higher than when you bought and bought at low prices.
In case I am in need of cash I will also sell to solve the problem
Checking  the prices day by day. It will help you  have right decision for holding  or selling your bitcoin

that's the real hard task of being a trader, deciding when to sell or hold.If you're into holding, must research first about the coin . if you see that it is a long term project, holding is better. If your just a newbie,i will not suggest you into holding. It will be better to sell high ,buy lower stratery first. When to sell? If your happy and contented with the profit, then you can sell it.

That is really hard to decision weather you sell your bitcoin or altcoins at that price, for me my idea is if i see that i had 20 or 30% income from my investment i will sell it right away.

I think it depends upon the investment of you. Some of the investments are for long term and some are for short term.I think your profit and loss depends more on luck than your choices, but a general rule to follow is to sell a stock when it on the higher side, or the highest price you expect it to achieve, and buy a certain stock when its on the lower side.

In trading, i always use the support and resistance strategy to spot a reversal in trend - if on a bullish movement, the market happens to get a resistance at a range, and does not exceed that range but rather decides to take a bearish turn. There, is where i spot a reversal and tend to sell.
Hold - I tend to hold whenever the market is against me, which result to me being at a loss.
