I'm trying to deposit some coins on Kraken, but when i go to funding => deposit/withdrawal, i get the following message: "Feature Disabled. This feature is not currently available."
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I think this is temporary issue from kraken this is happening before when they are under DDOS attack.. To know more about the issue you having right now better to contact them here check it https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-usI was wondering that they having difficulty because of hackers so better to ask them what honestly the reason why they disabled withdrawals or deposit...

I've been getting these messages rather frequently lately though, so either they have some technical issue on their side or they get frequent DDOS attacks. Either way, not a good sign.

Yesterday it was working fine (with some cloudfare pages here and there) But this morning I had the same problem. Sometimes getting the message "Feature Disabled" and sometimes a message telling me that I need to have a verified Tier 3 account to make a deposit, euh?. An account verified Tier 2 is enough to make a deposit with crypto. There are a lot of bugs for some days with Kraken I hope it will be fixed asap because it becomes a nightmare to use it properly. Right now it seems working fine.

Your current funding tier level (2) is insufficient for this functionality. Please further verify your account to increase your tier level and funding limits.
seriously, they make millions and are not even able to have a functional site

This issue had since been resolved. We have upgraded our trading engine which has trading running very smoothly again. Connectivity is also much better now. It takes me around 30 page reloads for the errors to disappear and for the page to load properly At least something though! I was wondering if anyone has any experience with sending crypto withdrawal requests through Kraken's API. Do you get just as many errors through API requests or do they go through more or less seamlessly? If API withdrawal requests get processed faster, might be worth trying to code something... apologies if this question might be better suited for a different thread, but still... just wondering

I really liked Kraken before this year but now I am forced to find a new exchange that is more competent and reliable! I agree, I too liked Kraken before, but since November the whole platform has gotten sluggish as hell. Orders have to be placed dozens of times before going through. The only reason I'm still using Kraken is because of quick SEPA transfer time. Every other exchanges I've used usually take 2-3 days, but deposits to Kraken always appear after 1 day. So kudos for that.

If this does not pertain to your issue please open a ticket here. Still have the problems with "Verification tier upgrade needed" when I want to withdraw anything! When this will be fixed? First post here is 13 days old and still problems! Unbelievable! Update 1: Now I got this error on the withdrawpage: "There was a problem completing your request. Please wait a couple minutes before checking on the status of the request and retry the request if necessary." Update 2: After a few minutes I was able to create a withdraw address. "The withdrawal address needs to be confirmed. An email with approval instructions has been sent to you. The link in the email expires in one hour." I am now waiting since 10 Minutes for the confirmation E-Mail. Other exchanges only need a few seconds ... Update 3: After 45 Minutes the Mail arrived => Got an Error with the confirmation => Was still able to withdraw

Because seriously it becomes very hard to make something on the site. The site is placing 5 times the same orders without to be able to notice something. We check the orders page it's show nothing and after a couple of F5 we have then the same order placed and closed multiple times.... because the buggy system was always giving us an error message while we placed an order, but behind the scene, the order is placed. I have always recommended kraken here and there, I sent a lot of people to kraken if not thousands (not joking) from blogs, social networks, IRL crypto groups, meetings, etc, even when you were understaffed, overloaded with tickets etc, but as for now i am embarrassed really, and for myself I can't use kraken for anything other than (trying) to sell cryptos and make outgoing sepas, i cannot use kraken properly i this case.

This issue is already 2 weeks old and people can apparently still not get verified on kraken. Is there any progress? Also every third request to kraken fails with 525.

I have the same problem with Kraken (from Bahamas), every time I click "Get Verified" I get the error "Feature Disabled. This feature is not currently available." My neighbour who live literally one block from my place was able to get verify and access the link "Get Verified" during the same period. My best guess is they are holding new verification / withdraw request until they clear their queue or something

I withdraw all my coin from Kraken to Altcoin. You can do the same thing http://www.altcoin.io?kid=JMAHGTrade anonymously. Protect your funds from hackers. Retain control of your coins. Trade diverse coins. No hacks or server downtime. But no withdraw or deposit option from a Bank Account like we're discussing in this topic.

If you get an error, just keep refreshing the page. This is actually what Kraken support will tell you as well, "until they fix their bug". Was withdrawing coins today... had to refresh like 10+ times for the page to work. But at least it worked... what can i say...

yes once you are verified at least tier 2* you can deposit until $2000 days and limited to $10000 monthty

Kraken used to be a good exchange, but nowadays I hardly ever get an order through. I have to keep trying like 20 times for it to pass. Their site is unfortunately unable to cope with the increased amount of traffic.

Just hitting this error myself today. I can't deposit or withdraw anything because I'm Tier 2 and I'd have to be... oh, wait!... When I think how much money these incompetent twats must be trousering and still they can't even run a website that doesn't leave its users head-butting walls in frustration, every time they have to use it, it makes my blood boil. Oh well. I must just grit my teeth and bear it until I can finish withdrawing the last of my coins and euros from that joke of an exchange. Actually, come to think of it, it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of these frustrations weren't deliberately engineered to frustrate people trying to remove their assets from Kraken. The site owners are probably terrified of the stampede for the door that would ensue, if they made it too easy for us to escape.

Hi - I am a Tier 2 verified user on Kraken. However, when I try to withdraw XRP, I get the message "Feature Disabled" on Kraken. When is this going to be fixed or when will the withdrawls get enabled again?

I am also a Tier 2 verified user on Kraken. However, when I try to withdraw ETH, I get the message "Feature Disabled". Already logged a ticket, but considering the responses by Kraken on this thread for the last 2 months. ("we're working on it"), I am suspecting intentional throttling of withdrawals. Impossible to prove or deny of course, but bad for reputations nevertheless.

Hi guys, any updates with withdrawals? I'm Tier 2 user as well and cannot transfer my money. Withdrawals are disabled. How this can even possible on so solid exchange

Hi at all, Kraken still have some web interface problem! I am registered one month ago and the section Get Information was disabled. After one week I read on internet that my account was in the like of limbo and I solve this problem reregister whit another account. I sent my document and my date but I keep waiting for the verification. Have you some notice about kraken registration?

Hi odoyi09, First you are in a topic about withdraw/deposit disabled, and your problem is verify account disabled. Second, i suggest you to go primarily in the official kraken topic where the support come often by septimus to help customer : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=290799.0But you have to know that kraken make a big update few day ago, and the priority is to make it work well. They say that verify account is disabled so it's a normal situation for few time. Just wait a little and verify account will come back up.
