I have the same problem with Kraken (from Bahamas), every time I click "Get Verified" I get the error "Feature Disabled. This feature is not currently available." My neighbour who live literally one block from my place was able to get verify and access the link "Get Verified" during the same period. My best guess is they are holding new verification / withdraw request until they clear their queue or something

I withdraw all my coin from Kraken to Altcoin. You can do the same thing http://www.altcoin.io?kid=JMAHGTrade anonymously. Protect your funds from hackers. Retain control of your coins. Trade diverse coins. No hacks or server downtime. But no withdraw or deposit option from a Bank Account like we're discussing in this topic.

If you get an error, just keep refreshing the page. This is actually what Kraken support will tell you as well, "until they fix their bug". Was withdrawing coins today... had to refresh like 10+ times for the page to work. But at least it worked... what can i say...

Thanks, I ended up doing 100 * CTRL+SHIFT+R to refresh the page, but I don't have you luck... for me it's still not working

If I already have my account verified can I deposit some FIAT? The problem is only with verification and NOT with deposits?

yes once you are verified at least tier 2* you can deposit until $2000 days and limited to $10000 monthty

This should be a temporary issue that kraken is facing, it should and will be fixed and that fixture will be restored back on. At most times, things like that happens.

Kraken used to be a good exchange, but nowadays I hardly ever get an order through. I have to keep trying like 20 times for it to pass. Their site is unfortunately unable to cope with the increased amount of traffic.

they also sent me an email with a photo of their installation to tell me that they were running with a team reduced because of the end of the year holidays and had problems of materials but they worked hard to solve the problems. so i'm reassured
