Etherdelta is not a wise choice to list the token, it's better if they will start with big exchanges like HitBtc or Bittrex so the value of the token will be good.

So 1 SETH = 0.003 ETH.  0.1 ETH = 33.3 SETH. With a bonus of 40% you get 33.3 SETH * 1.4 = 46.62 SETH.

No, the SETH:ETH ratio is fixed.

this will obviously have an effect on alcoin when ETH and BTC rise then alcoin price is difficult to recover at stabill price, especially on new coin ....
so the ratio of 1SETH = 0.003ETH is not possible

All altcoins (tokens) have a fixed ETH exchange rate, because it is hard-coded in the smart contract and cannot be changed without altering the contract. What you can do is give bonuses or discounts, but the rate cannot be altered during a crowdsale. After the crowdsale, one could alter the smart contract to change it, but it is NOT recommended. Changing the rate of the token against ETH can dillute investors and could lead to a rapid decrease in the confidence for your project.
