Everything new, where nobody can understand exactly the consequences is called "controversial".
Of course, bitcoin is a tool, and can be used for the bad of for the good. But this is valable for any tool.
True, everything that is like bitcoin will be called controversial, the Internet was controversial at first as well since you could access all kind of information people were worried about what you could do in it and finally people have accepted the fact of always been connected to the Internet. In my opinion Bitcoin is unpredicted and non-control that how bitcoin charming investors. |

Being 100% honest and clean with money wouldn't bring you any extra profits in our society i believe, Bitcoin being used in illegal activities are normal since the it's rising price few years ago. Anyone with some particular knowledge in blockchain would know what BTC is capable to do and medias are trying to increase awareness to people and still, nobody can resist the hidden potential of somewhat a futuristic 'internet currency' that came up from no where and could be exchanged into cold hard cash, once the impact is significant governments globally would certainly step up their new regulations.
We are talking about controversial, bitcoin belongs to the topic of people now a days because they are very curious of what they can get on it. Then bitcoin is known all over the world because it proves many people who stayed a lovely life because they invested and they gave full time and effort. Certainly the main reason why it is controversial it is because of the curruency that they might get and they have the thinking that they can convert into flat money or paper money and that is true at all. |

Why would it be controversial? it is fault of the people who do such those things, not because of bitcoin. The argument that bitcoin is being used for criminality is flawed because even with fiat, it is being used for illegal activities such as buying drugs and Ponzi.

as we know so many reason to make controversial bit coin currency in practical or real media sanitation. if we observe very carefully few past few years we have seen that criminal activities or occurrence are occurred by the help of hackers and trader make it famous moving thousand of dollars outside by cheating with government law enforcement for that reason value of bitcoin increasing very high. even they make money away from center bank and government unable to hold money from general people and through this process people convert this money into different things. i think this is enough for making controversial and what do you think about my think ?
There are positive and negative to bitcoin.It is controversial because other govement are not still legalized the fact that people are not still aware to other crypto currrencies.They might think its controversial because anonymous use to some illegal activities.Bitcoin is the future money itself.Bitcoin should be understand and use correctly Since the bitcoin is widely known, there are ongoing debates around the world about its true value, its call to bitcoin accuracy or whether bitcoin is a currency or a payment method, a type of property. Both good and bad information make people know bitcoin more and thereby also make the value of bitcoin grow as strong today. I truly believe in the value that bitcoin brings to the financial world. |

To most people, just hearing the word bitcoin itself is controversial already. To most people, Bitcoin is another form of monitary scam that has attracted few people as of now. What makea it even more controversial is the way of earning money from people. Some people really just doesn't get the salary system in bitcoin works. No matter how hard it is explained to them, they just seem to ignore useful facts of bitcoin.

Too much controversy but I think it's just normal for a new discovery or innovation to be questioned a lot. Cars, planes and boats creates accidents and kill thousands of people a year but people still trust it because it eases travel same as crypto that eases transaction and etc.

However, it is not the case with a country's government that considers the existence of Bitcoin to disrupt their economic stability, limiting the development of Bitcoin and even prohibiting it. Bitcoin is considered one of the controversial issues since people don't know what's bitcoin all about. For some reason, people might think that this organization is illegal, they might think this is a crime job. It is because they don't know what bitcoin really is. They don't understand what's the concept of this organization and how it is used by many to earn money. Bitcoin is not just about earning money, it's not about making people rich rather its also about sharing everyones opinion and understanding about a cetain topic. It is controversial because people who aren't aware of this organization, judging us without further information gathered. They only judge us base on how they see this job, base on their own perception and that's how it made controversial.

Yes, it is true that Bitcoin is controversial. There are many reasons to dispute Bitcoin as to how Bitcoin's future will be if its price does not rise and in the future whether there are more investors. Countries that have banned bitcoins? These things are controversial in my country |

It is not but it look like one. The controversy has taken up its head because of bitcoins outreached market capitalisation through all these year. The time frame was really less via which bitcoin taken up the investors mind. Nobody ever thought that we will see blockchain created like this will take over the most advance tech of traditional banking. This is why bitcoin is in controversy as to why and how it is working so fine even after it is in newbie stage. (Theoretically). So yeah may be the bubble stuff is what making the bitcoin controversy.

Many people fear that which they do not know. From that, they make things like bitcoin controversial.
Sure there is the decentralization aspect of it, but at the same time, I think the unknown is what is driving the fear. The mainstream doesn't understand it, so is afraid of it.
