Twitter campaign : Do i need to be at least Jr member ?

Maybe you need to be if the campaign manager required. But I think with Twitter campaign, manager often cares about your twitter quality like audit score, number of followers, how long have your twiter account created,......If you want to make sure about this case I think you should try to check few campaign to see if they required to be at least Jr. Member to join or not

In bounty campaigns or social campaigns, there is no limit to the rank of members; you can join even if you are a Newbie because Twitter campaigns are only interested in your Twitter account, how many followers, tweets, and retweets do you make? Whatever you rank on Bitcointalk forum I think is not essential!

You need to check the rules for each campaign you want to participate in.  Some require Jr. Member for Twitter while others don't.  Remember to also look at the other bounties on offer - Reddit, Medium, YouTube, etc.  Some of them can be very worthwhile, and will at least let you participate until you reach Jr. Member or higher.

which I know you can register bounty for social media with Jr. Member, unless you want to follow the signature campaign then your minimum rank must be Member

Read on the rules and guidelines of the campaign.But based on what i saw from recent social media campaigns,it does not require a rank for you to join in such thing.Follow at least the rules dude.

bounty twitter can accept all rank, including newbie, jr.member and so on, if the signature campaign starts from jr.member rank and next rank.

Not all company bounties require a rank on bitcointalk Junior Member, you need to read the rules in some companies you can participate and with the rank of Newbie.

Social media usually requires a real number of followers that you have, and are not basic to your ranking on the forum.

Jr Member is not compulsory for every campaign to participate, newbie can also participate in many twitter campaigns, some bounties requires minimum rank to be JR Member but not all of them.

I think Jr members is not necessary to join the social media bounties but your Twitter account should be more than three months old and there some campaign is mandatory to join any bounties campaign to join Jr member.
