Nope you can join Social Media Campaigns like Twitter and Facebook even if you are newbie. Just make sure you will follow their rules so you will be not rejected on the campaigns and use your social media accounts.

I think most do not demand our rank should be jr. Member if about twitter campaign. But at least our followers should be at least a lot, for example should be over 100 followers. But sometimes there are also required our rank junior Member or above to follow twitter campaign.

Thats up to the campaign's rules, some managers require that you have Jr member at least to participate in their Twitter campaign, and some others don't ask this condition, but they insist to have good audit percentage (above 80 or 90%). They also ask for minimum number of followers usually.

Even though your post is very much but does not get merit, your rank will never go up. different from the first before there is a merit system, just post as much as possible, your rank automatically increases by itself.

If you participate in a signature company then you have to be a Jr Member, and for Twitter it's important to have a number of followers and you can be a Newbie

Depend on each campaign, but i think  social networks bounty campaign can be from any rank, it only depend on your followers to get stakes.
Signature campaign usually need the rank upper Jr. member.

Yeah, right you have to be JR.Member if you want to follow twitter campaign. Because of the rarity of ICO projects that allow Newbie, the average who can join at least JR.Member. But you should see the rules of the project you want to follow because each project has its own rules.

I don't think that your current rank is important when joining in Twitter campaign because most of the Twitter campaign doesn't have rank requirement so it doesn't matter if your rank is jr member or newbie .

But in joining twitter campaign you need to consider the followers of an account because the stakes will be paid depending on followers.

to joining the bounty campaigns of Twitter andFB, it doesnt matter the rank u have on bitcointalk. U can be a trouble-free and newbie. But now that u r a Junior Member, u can also participate in the signing campaign. I recommend u sign up for ur signing campaign because it can be more profitable than Twitter and FB campaigns. U can subscribe to Twitter and FB, but also to signatures.
