You do not have to be a jr member. you just need a bitcointalk account with a newbie rank and a twitter account ..
newbie can follow the campaign facebook, twitter, blog, and other social media ..

To be able to follow twitter campaign (Social Media Campaign) you must be a junior member at least, while your Twitter account must have been aged at least 5 months, and has the number of followers 200, but this depends on the type of project in following. Because each project has different rules.
I just explained what usually happens.

Most common requirements for twitter or any social media bounties are numbers of followers/freinds and not basing on your forum rank..but just to make sure always check bounty requirements before you start participating.

In my opinion, the level of rank on the forum has nothing to do with the number of readers on Twitter. But, some campaign prefer higher ranking member of this forum to join their twitter campaign.

It depends on the ICO bounty you would like to join. I think if you have twitter account with many followers, you can get the chance even with Jr Member.

there is indeed a project whose basic rule is to be a Jr for all campaign types. But this is rare (for campaigns other than signatures). But for twitter, the most common basic rule is having to have real friends who are audited first.

it depends on the rules from bounty manager, every bounty manager has different rules.
like a sylon, if you want to join his campaign at least you should be "full member".
but also many bounty managers accept newbie for twitter campaign, you can find it.

not necessarily, you can join by being a newbie member, some campaigns only ask for a minimum number of followers of your twitter account and that these are real and no bots. but that if there are some larger projects and better established than if they can ask the gun rank higher and is linked to more followers

It depends of bounty manager choise. Somee managers ask bounty hunters with bitcointalk account not less then three month old. For three months, you will get junior member for sure.

for social campaigns in any project the principle does not matter what rank you have in your profile on the forum. The main number of your friends / followers. Your rank on the form matters only the signatures of the campaign of any project.

Some of the bounties require participants to be atleast Junior  Member. But seldom you can see bounties like that.  Most of the bounties accepts Newbie Participants im social media. campaign.

Yes, most of bounty campaigns needed to be at least jr.member but there are some that hires newbie but they will give you a super small stake. I recommend joining fb and twitter campaign while getting the jr.member role.

For some campaign you have to be at least full member. Check out Sylon's twitter bounties. In other cases rank is not required. But it is not a big deal to become junior member
