No Apart from signature campaign which normally demand applicants to be a jnr member and above. The rest like facebook ,twitter and others don't demand the rank of the applicant.

It depends on reqirement of bounty campaign you should read it carefully, some of them want you to be at least Jr. But some of them only want twitter follower.

As far as I know, twitter campaign does not require bitcointalk membership levels. I guess they only want the number of your twitter followers. Since the main purpose of twit camp is to reach as many readers as possible, the more your followers will be, the bigger your stakes will be.

Btw, it doesn't take much time to become a Jr Member. So try to reach Jr Member first before doing bounty program is the best way.
