I was on about tax evasion and having undeclared income from gambling / scamming / perfoming shows on skype for money is it legal to pimp your self out were he is ?
I think the one I added was the road austin chose to go after him. Not sure if it's still in progress, though. I reported him for prostitution a while ago and haven't yet gotten a response from Euclid Police. Perhaps they had better things to do, but I may try again. This.

Performing shows on skype isn't prostitution, is it? That seems more like pornography.
Not for his skype show, but his offer to perform acts on me to pay off his debt.

I think the one I added was the road austin chose to go after him. Not sure if it's still in progress, though. any income he gets and doesn't declare can get him in trouble with the IRS Tho this IS one angle of attack, it appears that Joey is the worst gambler in history so it might actually earn him a tax credit. Except that, as people pointed out, gambling benefit money seems illegal in itself. Pizzas & taxis are fun things to send to his house but it would be more amusing if there was something/someone which wouldn't leave so quietly

You can't deduct gambling losses from your personal return if they're more than your winnings. But since Joey doesn't have a job he doesn't have to worry about that anyway.

He's not free to scam people. I've said it like ten times before, but someone should sue.

Only restriction is with the food stamp card which can't be solfd for cash or used for alcohol, etc..But if I wanted to I get my food stamps in cash instead of food stamp card, cause Ohio law lets you get cash instead of food stamps if you are disabled or elderly...but we use all our food stamps. As for suing me...go right ahead, cause it would just be a lifetime judgment...me and my mom already ahve a ton of judgments against us anyway...but you can't garnish disability money.

I don't believe that you can have so many judgements and not have to pay them. You own a house, a computer, and who knows what other assets. Based on that you're richer than me (though you waste your money) and if I got sued there would be nothing I could do to prevent it.

Actually, you are more than welcome to call Judge Judy or one of the other TV judges. Free vacation for me and the show pays the judgments. Just a thought? I would love the free trip, free hotel, cash to be on show, etc.

There are tons of liens on the house already...the liens on the house are probably triple than what the house is worth..they can't take away a house if it is only residence...we just can't sell the house. Also computer is personal property.

I think you have to actually be capable of walking to be allowed to be on Judge Judy.

No, he is free to do whatever he wants with the benefit money. He's not allowed to buy illegal drugs. While that statement is, in itself, mostly true, there are things you can do with your benefit money (like waterskiing) that show you aren't really disabled at all. Just being able to engage in a combination of sitting, standing and/or walking for a full eight hours a day falls outside the category of disabled. That fat fuck sits on his leathery ass eight hours or more at a stretch. His "back problem" is fucking bullshit and he's stealing taxpayer money.

As far as I know he doesn't spend it on drugs. He gets disability money from being bi-polar, which I have no problem believing is true. He could water ski if he wants.

He spends it on the endorphines he gets from online gambling. He probably cashes some of the BTC in for cash, to go spend on cheeseburgers and Bingo night. **EDIT** Fuck. Now I want a cheeseburger ^_^

Bullshit. Someone doesn't get to be a fucking bum on my tax dime. This guy is nothing more than a fucking bum and a thief. There are people who actually need disability money. This piece of shit isn't one of them. He's a scam artist. He's directly taking money out of the pocket of an actually disabled person who needs it.

I'd tip a couple bitcents to any lawyer who gets Joey thrown in jail for at least 48 hours. Definitely worth it. I'm sure many here would pitch in too (for any possible lawyers who read this).
