what is the best pool to mine ?
Altminer.net or Unimining.net I use both and both were creating issues. They would pay me sometimes every 2 hours as supposed to, but sometimes every 4 or 6 hours, which would make my 24h payments really low. For the past 2 days, things have been fine, even though there's an hour or two missing (for example paying every 3rd hour instead of 2). Never had such issues with any other coin, and it's a mystery that 2 big pools are doing it, which leads me to believe it probably is not pool error. Then you have no idea how mining works. Remember that you are paid when the coins mature. For coins to mature you need 100 blocks. 100 blocks at 150sec each block, means around 4h. The payout is every 1 or 2h. But the pool won't pay you uncofirmed balance.

I'm mining on Unimining with 5,8Mh and I have average income 0,53GBX per day, calculated from last 5 days period. How much do you earn? I'm mining with almost 10k mh/s on Unimining and last 24h is 0.84101988. I have switched between Unimining and Altminer quite a lot because both are having issues. what is the best pool to mine ?

Also, a few weeks ago I wrote that the price of GoByte is weird. Every time BTC goes down, GoByte goes up. This is great to maximize earnings, but I suspect the price is being manipulated. Now it's still one of the most profitable coins to mine, but it's slowly becoming more trouble than it's worth.

There is no problem with mining. The difficulty increases as the Network Hash increases and lowers when the network hash decreases. But people don't understand this. They want to make 1 GBX per day for 100 years and the price of the coin to be 30$ forever.

10k mh/s = 10Gh/s, right? What configuration are you using to get that? I have some AMD RX480's that I would like to try mining with. I wonder if they're worth mining GBX. Not sure what mining software works best either. Any recommendations?

why GOBYTE and not choose other masternodes?
There are several other masternode coins to choose from yes, i recommend not putting ALL into one single masternode coin. Diversify please. People need to remember these young masternode coins are High Risk, Extremely High reward....you gotta think about how this masternode system has really only had a couple years to grow and be forked and remixed from Dash. So we really dont know how these masternode coins will do long term. So why choose gobyte? listed on exchanges listed on whattomine has working dev team and support from community alot of activity in discord growing team large ROI on masternodes Why not choose gobyte? large premine (although allocated for development) somewhat anonymous devs young coin only months old Finally one good post in last 3 pages. Someone who express useful opinion.

interested how many coins do I need to run a node?
You need 1000 GBX Which hardware requirements for running Gobyte masternode, dev? To compile the wallet on a Linux you will need at least 2GB or have a page file up to 2GB. The Masternode itself can be hosted on a Raspberry Pi. Can I run it on Windows 10, Dev? (Masternode)

The ports have to be managed correctly and no restarts for windows updates. So Linux would be an easier way to manage it.

You can setup the masternode on a VPS and hold the coins on the local wallet on Windows. Also you will receive the rewards on the local wallet on Windows. No need to keep it up 24/7 because the VPS will run the masternode.

I'm mining GBX in altminer pool and just hold GBX. Waiting for "Listing on another 3 medium/big sized exchanges — Working" becomes complete in March-2018.
