If there is no altcoin, I think cryptocurrency will not be as big as it is today. It's his sign that we all need the very presence of altcoin. For me I think no need for altcoins because we already have bitcoin as a digital currency, they just create another coins because they want for an upgrade or to have coins much better than bitcoin, but it is also good because bitcoin has its competitors in the crypto market.

It's the same this as to ask "do we need so many shares in the stock market?" Every coin still have qualities and defects, and until the situation won't be stable, it's a good thing that there are so many different options.  |

This is a great alternative to the currently existing cryptocurrency. it seems to me that they are ideal to use them every day as the usual money we now. I think that with them easier than with bitcoin and Ethereum in this regard

There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?

I think most of the new inventions and innovations are in the area of altcoins. So, without altcoins, this might not be possible. Although, if it could work out well without altcoins, it might br scanty.
