the idea is genius, i can really see that rentberry platform has a significant role to the industry it targets. I can see a BIG/FOCUS team, I can see the partners and Many Advisors that really are businessman and that their main business is realstate.. I am very very optimistic on this project.

Maybe I didn't dig deep enough, but I wonder if they'll be just using the tokens for their own system or if they intend to franchise or license the model to other rental companies. Both have merit I suppose.

I believe the partnership with PG&E makes the project more useful for the users and the investor because create valor and goes into the mainstream field bring blockchain along with it.

Sucess in the project.

I tend to be a little skeptical with Real Estate projects in the blockchain with so many real estate related project failing, but this really looks a good one.

Most people dont even know what bitcoin is! It will take years before regular people will trust things like this, and when it comes to houses, people are very careful.

We are convinced that blockchain technology combined with smart contracts will be the core engine for the long-term rental industry. The blockchain provides a mechanism for securing and transferring funds, and supporting the complex multi-party agreements that drive those fund transfers through the use of smart contracts.
The data will remain saved in an immutable distributed data store means that users can rest assured that their data cannot be tampered with, payment flows will be optimized, identity will be managed securely, and ultimately the overall rental experience will be improved.
