Dear Community! Please, be informed that Rentberry is not running any giveaways or airdrop campaigns at the moment.

Note: we strongly recommend to withdraw tokens to the ERC-20 compatible hardware wallet.

You may find all the details needed for token transfer (including Contract address and Token decimals) by this link: https://etherscan.io/token/0x6aeb95f06cda84ca345c2de0f3b7f96923a44f4c

Purchased some BERRY from hitBTC. Where is it better to store them? And when will I be able to actually use them on the platform?

You may use MyEtherWallet as well for storing tokens.

Any ERC-20 wallet would be good actually.

I see that there is increasing number of projects bringing blockchain into real estate. However, some really good projects with great team and ideas could not raise some substantial funds. It seems that cryptoinvestors are looking into other fields...

Thanks for your comment! We really appreciate it!

I want to know how the blockchain can solve the real estate problem. After all, there are too many problems involved in real estate,How can we collectively solve the biggest problem of the 21st century

Hello,

Rentberry will use blockchain technology to streamline the entire long-term rental process by making it possible for tenants and landlords to complete all rental tasks in one place. These tasks include: searching for properties, tenant screening, making offers, unlocking rental deposits, submitting maintenance request, paying rent, hiring third-party service providers (e.g., handymen and plumbers), enabling landlords to stay connected with tenants etc.

In the future, we plan to decentralize and fully automate the tasks listed above using blockchain technology powered by our BERRY token.

Greetings fellows. The major theme that in the future it has insured the progress of the business!

I agree. Investing in any business involves making a profit in the long term. Investors should not rely on the fact that today has invested a million and tomorrow will receive ten. For quick money there is a trade on the exchange. Of course, the drop in the price of tokens to such a level is frightening, but the investor must be ready for everything when he makes a decision to invest money. Time will put everything in its place and show what project really should work in the market, and what should sink into oblivion.

Hello,
could you tell what is the current progress and expected milestones of the platform tokenization. I know that some services can be paid with berrys already, at discount price. But is there progress in making the functionality to pay rent with berrys and also the crowdsourcing of deposits, crowdsourcing pools, ets. ? Expectations when these will be available on the platform?

Thanks for your question. You are right, it is already possible to pay with BERRY tokens on Rentberry platform and we are working on further tokenization and implementing blockchain technology to the website. That's a huge amount work to be done, and we expect to fnish most of it by the end of the year.

Hi there. Is it basically Zillow type platform just with some additional features like including data on potential renters then payments are in Berry tokens?

Hello,

We are the first closed-loop rental platform. Platforms like Zillow is just the website including simple classified ads.

Here are some key benefits for landlords:

- Landlord benefits will include the ability to list any property on the platform with a specified asking price and include detailed information on the given rental unit.
- All rental applications will be collected in a user-friendly format with the option to accept or reject any application with a single click.
- Quick information exchange:  e-signing rental agreement, online open house scheduling, instant messages between landlords and tenants
- As Rentberry evolves, the platform will allow tenants and landlords to rate each other by submitting reviews, and will also allow both parties to assess each other by reference to those reviews and an immutable record of rental activity stored on the blockchain.
- All payments on the platform will be executed in BERRY tokens. Landlords will be able to collect rent in BERRY tokens seamlessly and securely and use it for other services on the platform (property promotion, utility services, participation in crowdsourced security deposits).

Okay I am seeing the value now. I agree with you, Zillow is just a glorified craigslist for rentals and homes. So now logistics? I want to use Rentberry, how does the payout work for me as a landlord

You will get payments for rent in BERRY or fiat. Fiat payments will be sent directly to your bank account. We will be able to disclose all the details on collecting rent payments once this functionality is ready.

What about Australia? There is a strong demand for Rentberry here

Thanks for this question!
Australia is one of our targets, we are currently negotiating with big real estate companies out there as well as preparing the technically for the platform to get listings from landlords directly.

Such platform like Rentberry are also highly required in Japan. Most apartments in Japan require a guarantor who will agree to pay for unpaid rent or damage to the apartment if you fail to pay. This system tends to be very difficult for foreign residents of Japan.

What is the influence of such news for your project - http://www.iwf.org/blog/2806699/Seattle%27s-Bright-New-Idea:-Hey,-Let%27s-Make-It-Harder-to-Rent-an-Apartment - Seattle launched a year-long ban on the use of certain housing websites that allow renters to place bids on advertised rental housing…
What do you think, when we will break all the old system?
