On the Rentberry platform, all tenants and landlord information will be recorded on smart contracts and used to achieve various outcomes. So, it's a good idea that landlords are included to participate in the rental deposit of his tenants and both can mutally build a strong relationship.

Yes, gas is required for all the etherium-based transactions.

Thanks for confirming that we need gas to make berry transactions. Every operation that can be performed by a transaction or contract on the Ethereum platform costs a certain number of gas, so we need to pay some fee for the transaction.

I am sure Rentberry will surpass many of its competitors.  Millennials are now the largest demographic group in the U.S., surpassing previous generations. The overwhelming majority of them choose to rent rather than buy. Additionally, this generation is innovative and tech-savvy. Therefore, they will increasingly turn to Rentberry.

Rentberry needs more advertising. Even among my acquaintances there was little who heard about the project. It was a good proposal to spread the information about the platform in our social networks. I think it can bring its result.

I guess they want to say that they are trying to rethink the whole process of long term rental. And nobody is using blockchain technology though it’s surely is future tech. Rentberry is already active platform and it works great if you ask me.

There is a good background for growth in value -the company already shows the platform development like the start of platform tokenization, partnership announcement, the plans to expand Internationally during the next few month! Rentberry’s goal is to leverage blockchain technology to ensure a seamless rental experience which will allow the entire rental application and rental contracts process to be completed quickly and online.

Hey! Is it safe to hold my BERRY on Crypronomos?

I’ve heard some guys lost their tokens on Cryptonomos. I’d advise to transfer tokens to MEW or trezor wallet

Personally I am using MEW, heard many people use MEW with Ledger Nano S

So do i! I prefer MEW as it's safe and comes with multiple options. Although at times due to heavy network overload  it takes time for transactions but very reliable. It's better use a hardware purse-Ledger Nano or Trezor. Safety in crypto currency is more important than all.

Yes, i got the same question. In case if someone is already holding certain amount of Berry tokens and willing to use it for paying rent in future. Are they allowed to store/save them in Rentberry platform earlier since the platform is not yet having the feature to purchase/sell tokens.

 I wished i should have purchased 2 weeks back, actually was waiting for the price to go lower but it already started to show improvement.

I wished for the same and thought of waiting for a year more as i thought that the token price will dump more but unfortuanetly it already started to pump up at a very high rate. Thanks for the question.  Rentberry will have it’s own scoring methodology based on various data from different sources. The platform will become international within a few months.

I believe the scoring methodology that Rentberry will have in near future will help both tenants and landlords learn about each other. We often face issues when we don't have enough details about a tenants/landlord, the behaviour along with the surrounding. So this feature might come handy for many of us.

Rentberry is a blockchain Actually for now Rentberry is available only in IDEX and HitBTC! Both deals with crypto currencry. It leverages blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts technology to ensure seamless rental experience I believe there is no option to purchase using Credit card but in future if they have that options.

Indeed, actually didn't expect Berry to pump up at such rate! It went upto 40% in the past few days. Although i am not hoping for much as there are much factors to keep in mind for the token price value to rise.
