Want to have some examples of tasks for streamers and viewers if it’s possible now! It will bring more understanding
By voting on Play2Live platform with LUC tokens, any user can set the price for performing a specific task for their favorite streamers. Examples include challenging the streamer to complete the game on the hardest difficulty level, to keep streaming for five hours or to start a stream on a different game etc. Any other user can support the tasks with LUC or assign their own task. A streamer can perform all tasks and receive all tokens or perform some of them and receive less.

I heard abou the decision of coins on ‘utilities’ and ‘securiries’. in you white paper states ‘Play2Live platform utility tokens’... does it mean that you won’t put your coin on any exchange markets?
No, that means exactly the opposite Smiley We will list our token on the exchanges. The list of exchanges as well as the exact terms will be announced during the token sale.

Want to create my own Dota tournament. I wonder, whether I could expect some staff to help me run my own project with support of the platform. Would be nice
This will be possible after the launch of the platform. We are even implementing the crowdfunding system for tournament organizers!

Will the development of the platform begin before the ICO? Are there any results now?
Demo version has been launched, we've already held the first tournament on it and plan to organize one more before the new year! You can take a look and sign up here: https://p2l.tv/

Some results from recent announcement:
“· We have set up a blockchain node (remainder: we develop our blockchain on the basis of Bitshares 2.0 technology).

·We have rewritten about 60% of the platform code to make it more resistant to the high loads.

·We have altered the architecture of the project (three separate servers have been set up: for API, chat, and system of statics. In total, three servers to sustain the anticipated peak loads).”

From 5th of December

Well, wait for a demo. As it is shown on the website interface is done

It's possibly quite far till we can see even demo version. More likely in 2018 Q3-4

On what exchange markets are you going to put your tokens? Which activities will lead to an increase in token price?
We plan to facilitate exchanges during the token sale duration. This information will be updated and announced in all channels. As for the increase of token price, LUC is a utility token used as an exclusive payment option within the Play2Live platform. Due to the fact Play2Live is created for the mass market, the token is used as a mean of value creation. This means the more users hold the token, the more liquid it becomes. As soon as the number of users grows, the investment potential of the token increases. We will employ buyback and elimination mechanisms to provide for the favorable exchange rate of the token on the open market. This will ensure the exchange rate growth in the long run (we clearly understand that the majority of ICO investors will dump the tokens right after LUC hits the exchanges). Since we eliminate 80% of gross revenue before the project reaches the break-even point, the token holders can count on favourable ROI in the long-run.

how does it work? I cannot understand the “more users hold the token , the more liquid it becomes” principle. I wonder how price depends on quantity of holders. is to about demand?
The liqidity and the price of the token depends on the demand. This is why the more token holders there are, the more liquid the token itself is.

it’s not actually the newest thing since twitch exists, however have few questions

that’s great idea! I wonder how tournaments will be monetized. I can’t imagine real interest to a tournament with a prize pool in ETH.
On the other hand gamers are those people who are not skeptics bout new things. Believe is that ‘heroes truly neeeeed’
 Wink

I also wonder how will be monetized activities on the website / in apps for example, like stickers, paid-membership, in-app donations

Yeah. But I suppose these activities are likely to be paid via both tokens and crypto

Nowadays obviously it is easier to pay by fiat money. It depends on how easy to trade fiat for tokens and crypto

sure, I feel once you got some crypto you can use it easily, but there are some barriers as trade fee, you have to do some special steps to get crypto. good thing is there are lots of online services, but again face fee
Hi! You are right, those activities will be paid in our internal cryptocurrency - LUC. As for trading, it will be easy to buy or sell LUC thanks to our inbuilt exchange gateway. So you are not likely to experience any difficulties with the crypto Smiley

Hi! What is about your exchange system? Could I get fiat somehow in the future doing some activities and earning LUC? Do you buy them back by your platform itself?
Yes, you'll be able to earn LUC by your activities and to easily convert LUC to fiat afterwards. Tokens are bought back from the open market by our platform, exactly.

Since the project is not about technologies but about people (streamers, viewers, cyber sportsmen) I wonder how are you going to attract the audience to the platform? I understand you will contribute and support streamers highly, but what about viewers? For example one has 3-4 favorite streamers in his pool. One of them chooses P2L while other 3 stay on twitch. With a high probability viewer is likely to stay there as well. However, he does not get any money doing anything on twitch. Possibly this will make sense
It's about both the technology and people. We plan to attract the audience to the platform by introducing our innovative system of interaction between streamers and users, as well as new monetizing tools (11 for streamers and 5 for viewers).

Looks really interesting! I'm glad to see the e-sports industry is attracting all kinds of cryptocurrency projects Smiley
The economic model looks a bit complicated for a noob like me tho xD
At any rate good luck with the project, definitely interesting concept!

p.s. thumbs up for CIS members of the project Tongue
Thank you! We are happy to explain anything that seems unclear to you, just ask your questions Smiley

How can you counteract such a giant player as Twitch-TV? Do you have a strong plan to attract people from there?
Nice question, thank you. Our goal is to achieve 10m MAU by Q2 2019. We plan to achieve this goal not only by implementing a set of new features, which would provide for increased earning opportunities for a streamer, but also by allowing them to edit the parameters of the economy (for example, allowing to choose subscription fees rates or percentage of revenue from advertising gone to viewers). In other words, we provide an opportunity to freely control numerous economic parameters that govern interaction between a streamer and a viewer. Thus, the steamer can fine-tune the parameters of the economy in the most suitable way for their audience. Play2Live platform acts as a technological backbone that facilitates their interaction thanks to Blockchain technology aimed to provide transparency and interactivity. Besides, we believe that by introducing our innovative system of interaction between streamers and users, as well as new monetizing tools (11 for streamers and 5 for viewers) we will not only attract new audience to the market, but also improve its retention.

Wow this is really really cool!
So I can imagine how great the idea is. However, I also have some semi-doubts. Look, there 100% will be a part of the audience that will choose the stream by their potential profit. This might force streamers to increase subscription fees in favor of viewers (up to 100%). Ok they attract more people by conducting such a strategy. But will an increase in number of viewers raise revenue from commercials? Don’t know how it is set up in general.
What’s awesome with no doubt is that live conversation between both sides will dramatically rise!

Would it be possible to manage your income? If you are not a streamer but viewer. For example to prepare tasks that can also give you money. You have a nice valuable in-game equipment but do not want to use it. So would be great to have an ability to sell it, or to put on the auction.

Not seems as a task, however, a creation of market place is a good thing. You would get more options

What is more, it tends to an increase in demand for P2L tokens, especially if you can get something for cheaper price than in steam market!

Totally agree Smiley While every user could be a little entrepreneur, sell skins and earn token, which could be tradable for getting fiat, this will push the market a lot)
