incidentally, to tie the top vote on allcrypt it would require roughly 7.1btc to be donated (bribed) to the address provided. This seems like a small amount given the size of the cgb community. I'd assert that we'll take it higher more quickly on allcrypt if we simply pay for the votes. Think of it as a SuperPAC.

In the last month we have multiplied the quality of the services surrounding CGB by many times. It cant all happen at once, but at current pace, prepare to be amazed, and join in!

I usually check http://coinmarketcap.com/ but I think its broken right now. There are currently around 950K in circulation. The volatile inflation period is pretty much complete, leaving CGB ripe for investment.

there are now ~940,000 CGB's mined and block reward is almost halving again. But this coin is more about PoS then PoW atm and the PoW part was the part for a fair distribution. After this stage the PoW creates a yearly inflation of 0,5% and is there to secure the blockchain in combination with the PoS ofcourse. In other words; when the PoW stage neares it final reward a daily maintenance of < 100$ is needed to keep this coin on its current price (if people dont get dumping this coin massivly ofcourse)

The rarity of the coin, and deflationary aspects need to be emphasized to long-term investors.  

Compiling a list of ideas, and then delegating responsibility to community members who have a background in marketing, design, social media expertise etc. would be a good jumping off point imo. We can create an address for donations that could be distributed to people interesting in contributing their services.

Take advantage of the huge Facebook presence also.

I am with ya on that. It's important to spread out to as many communities as possible. This is why I have created a framework to facilitate this. The marketing strategy document centralizes all resources needed to help forward our cause as well as a list of communities which we would like to increase presence with. It also includes ideas that we have come up with so far for viral concepts and community resources that need to be developed. All community input is welcome as far as specifics and I will add them to the document. The problem is that we are all volunteers in this effort and our payment is through tips and self satisfaction. We have been pushing a lot of updates and activity to facebook and Twitter lately. Once the wheels really get rolling I have no doubt that funding will be forthcoming as well as the professional talent it supplies. (and I should note that many members have been very generous with their personal financing of various efforts)

I think another avenue is to contact popular voices in the crypto world and let them know about CGB and what separates it from other coins.  A lot of people purchase coins or come to a thread after reading articles or predicated on recommendations from other investors.

Crypto Updates has 30k followers and in the thread below he offers free mentions for a follow, and may do a writeup or promote the coin also...for free.  Even a mention to 30k followers could bring us more attention!

Yes he mentioned Quark mid december, it went from 500 to 30,000 satoshi. Also he mentioned Sexcoin to have the name of another billion dollar coin, ofcourse it was a joke, but the coin got pumped 'hard' lol just compared it to such domains as sex.com to be expensive:)
