on this platform how to get bitcoin is quite easy..
1 you could do social media bounties
2 you could join random airdrops
3  it  would also help if youve got any skill.. you could get hired

... youll be paid in altcoins,, so you can simply sell for bitcoin

Well as a newbie take out some time and learn about crypto. How it works, what is it, what does it do and all the basics. Then start looking for a good cryptocurrency which ever suits. Be thorough with your research. You can choose multiple coins as well to build your portfolio as you prefer. Take out as much as you can lose and start investing. But don't worry someone with solid research can do well in crypto space.
