Hold all of them. However I can see that you've invested to skycoin and honestly I don't have any idea about it. Hold them because this is the year I believe that btc will soar high,  higher than 20k thats why I sold some of my altcoins and hold btc.   Other than Btc, I suggest ETN - it is steady but for sure it will rise once they open the mobile mining.

Hodl onto it and see where it goes.

it's a hard question to answer as we have no idea how your finances are looking and what your dreams and motivations are.

With 12 Bitcoin in the conventional vision you are already retired, coming back with investments with 12 Bitcoin, I keep 10 and I used 2 and I try to multiply the profits with these two, I search study all kinds of projects for a possible investment.

I suggest that you continue on holding your bitcoins so that you can still earn more profit while being able to contemplate your next steps on whether you will invest or do something with it. It will give you more time and you can observe more prospect investment options that you would like to try.

Depends on you man, we don't know your current financial situation.

But if I was stable, I would hold onto most of it and maybe change one into ETH, just to diversify the portfolio a little more, with ETH you could maybe invest into some great projects or just sit on that as it is increasing.

It's the best you diversify your crypto holding portfolio, and keep at least 20-50% in Bitcoin regardless how many other altcoins you have included in your portfolio.

I suggest that some of the bitcoin you have invested in altcoin and ICO, to get a lot of profit, and the rest of the bitcoin in the hold just until the price increases again.

Buy some altcoins to back your savings. HODL in bitcoin at least 20% of the whole portfolio. And NEVER invest in ICOs that's too risky. And congrats, anyway you're rich)

You can divide your fund into 2 parts, a half of your fund can spend to invest in altcoins and the rest Bitcoin will keep holding. You can consider to invest good altcoin such as Ethereum, Stratis, Waves, Ripple

The most important rule is that money should make money. Bitcoin is already a good coin for long-term storage. But I would spend part of the amount on investing in various ICO projects. It's risky, but you can make a good income

I would say let's do what makes you happy but I think you want to go far from stereotypes, so best options:

2) Invest 50% altcoins and leave 50% in Bitcoin

Continue to invest in altcoins (if all you wrote is true) because it seems you know how to interpretate te market very well

3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.

Aion is an example, I love this project!

But beware, you can trade alone and you can do it great, but staring a project with other people is very different, you have to be a leader and also you have to find very good sponsors and collaborator to succeed!

good luck!

If i have that amount brother i would go for option number 2 as that the strategy that makes you rich. By the way, seems like you are an expert or experienced guy already in this game that you are able to grow your investment. Congratulations.

Invest in a handful of Maser Nodes.  Just need one of them to blow up to make back the profit spent.  Set up then do nothing.  EZ money.

I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least.

My question is, what do I do now?

As far as I can see, I have 4 options;

1) Hold the Bitcoin

2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin

3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.

4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)

Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea.
I would say its better to maintain on the thing that you did on last 6 months. Imaging starting out with less money and make it grow to 12 BTC  isnt a joke even an average person cant really make up that high.Im sure on that even investors would struggle to reach out 12 btc within 6 months with just that capital. If i were you better to continue on what you are doing. If you dont mind, whats the thing you are actually doing? Grin
Hi i should invest in altcoins half, and half stay in btc...but u can withdraw some btc if u need, but if u want to invest in longterm i wait on ur place for gla come on exchange and buy it 100% profit...and invest in ethereum, ethereum classic.

Spread it on promising altcoins, I don't think the next 5 - 10 for btc will be good.
Then hold the altcoins until they reach their potential.
