Maybe, this is collected money amount in the ICO end, when ETH price was nearly $ 700 per coin. So the total result shows less than real value. As I know, all unsold tokens will be burnt.

I also trying find this information, but judging by the following text ITO will not last very long.

They don't need to do the airdrop. How to explain such a guilty  movement to investors? Community will join Datarius without any airdrop rewars... Also, this will damp tokens price right after listing on exchanges...

I think they would create some extra bonuses for active holders in future, like other companies does.
