You are right. The more money project collect the more small investors want to get its tokens. We can compare this situation with bitcoin popularity. At first nobody knows about it and price was too low, but the more money cryptocurrencies industry has, the more new investors interest in bitcoin.

According to statistic, 4 quarter is the best for retailers and shops, because everyone wants to buy presents for family. So, first of all, investors have less money and time than usual, so activity decreases.

"formation of service fee by users" — what if users will be too greedy? How bank will work and how to pay money for its team? Anyway Datarius will plan to work all over the world and in future bank will need support and devteam, which will solve all clients problems. If fees won't be defined in the beginning, how you are planing to deal with it?

P.S: I hope that community will be smart and will take care of the project.
