Of course, altcoins will survive and most likely even survive many coins that are now included in the top 10. Therefore, this question should not even be raised, because the answer to it will surely be!

I also think that altcoins will survive, it is becoming obvious that some altcoins are worth to buy. And  Altcoin now is become popular because small investors giving opportunity to invest. At the moment market down but don't worry with It. This situation will be recover very soon.

It certainly will survive, because the currents that occur in bitcoin also affect altcoin, and vice versa. For example now bitcoin prices are down and altcoin prices also come down. Bitcoin and altcoin like flowers and bees are mutually beneficial to each other and will not survive if there is not one of its supporters.

Yes of course Altcoin will continue to survive despite the higher Bitcoin prices and demand more and more. If more and more enthusiasts Bitcoin I'm sure Altcoin enthusiasts will also be much more. Moreover, a lot of Altcoins that have good quality. Because I personally will continue to invest in Altcoin although the price of Bitcoin will touch a very high value.

If Bitcoin can survive, altcoins can too. Actually, there are many altcoin technologies, which are better than that of bitcoin. It totally depends on what issue/problem that altcoin is resolving, the team and roadmap, supply, demand, etc. The marketing and the developer team needs to work in tandem to increase visibility, adoption, and usage of the technology.

Maybe not all of them can survive, but I think some of the altcoin will be able to survive. And a few too many that have a great future. There is even a altcoin that is able to survive long, from 2015. This indicates that altcoin is also able to compete with bitcoin on the market.

Definitely altcoins, will survive . I think there are too many altcoins at the moment which solve the same problem, so the majority of them will die in the future. Anyway, altcoins will exist, I don't think Bitcoin will be the only cryptocurrency.

Altcoins were in business and will remain in business no matter what happens with bitcoin. Bitcoin is standing on its own. So as many other alternative crypto currencies are standing on there own. Once there was time where market movements in the bitcoin would affect the altcoin market significantly. However recently many of these coins have garner larger investor base. Coins like ethereum, dash, monero, litecoin etc etc are today looking strong on their own. Price of these coins is less affected by bitcoin movement.
In short altcoins will remain in business. Strongest and brightest of them will thrive in future. Look at wave as recent example.

Altcoin until this moment still survive and experience the development with strong Bitcoin in the market. but Altcoin's efforts are not only up here, Altcoin has an ever-increasing increase and makes this coin so awake and able to continue to increase in the future.

Altcoin there are thousands, of course they will compete and not all of them will survive. Only altcoins have different concepts and communities / creators and developers are serious about making changes (not just accumulating wealth) worth pairing with bitcoin. Ethereum as the best altcoin will be able to compete with bitcoin. The higher bitcoin value will not make ethereum die.

nobody knows who is going to survive (we all be rich in that case, right?) but we can see general trends and try to guess based upon that

for me general trends emerging are decentralization of exchanges and privacy coin (and that is why i partecipated on the deeponion project i have on my sig),
i can't say if this two trends will boom in 2018 or later, but in my opinion they will :-)

Altcoins will be survive because a most of ICO projects use smart contracts. It is very stable and easy to operate. In couple years when ICO finished their products we will see it's real price
