I should have dumped last night!!! It was 15300 (Aus $) today I sold at $13900! Ah well profit was made. Hoping the down turn continues so I can buy more back.

This is how trading works. You may have come across the acronym BTFD meaning Buy The F@*%ing Dip. This is the dip you should be buying. On days like yesterday when everyone is cheering new ATH (All Time Highs) you take a little profit so you have something to buy the next dip with. It's a pretty simple business really.

I even see it below $8K but it look likes its again recovering from the dump.  More than 15% so this is some sort of correction that we are seeing. But make no mistake about it, I'm sure that others will jump and buy bitcoins back with this kind of price because we don't want to missed the opportunity to accumulate more and hold on it.

I'm sure that the $10-$11K is too much a mental barrier for most traders not to cash out. Time to make some profits today and time to get back bitcoin at cheap price. I think at the end of the day, we are going to test $10K again and see how will it hold tomorrow. As always, its better to hold bitcoin now rather than just dumping it. Corrections are bound to happened anyways, its up to you how to react on this kind of situation.

mini dumps anymore, because they know it will bounce back and give them even higher profits. I have bought at $1200 before

and then the price dropped to $200 to $400 and it stayed there for a year. We held on and the price went up to $10 000 and

Must be new to the markets. It's a correction. Anytime a stock, forex pair, asset, or crypto has a sharp spike in prices, a correction usually follows.

There is no fundamental news out there to justify the price drop. It is a normal correction that used to happen from time to time that hedge funds and many investors use to buy at these low levels that lead to stabilize the price again. you are going to see several drops of 20 - 30% from time to time. If you can not handle the heat, you should not stay in the kitchen.

Welcome to the world of buy and sell or trading whichever you would prefer where is not always going to raise the price otherwise, nobody is going to buy bitcoin, simple really the law of demand and supply of economics perspective which is why you must calm down for sure by the end of the year the price would play around 10,000-12,000 USD so calm down and invest in bitcoin.

it is dumping because of corrections, bitcoin has increased so high these passed few days that is why they are controlling the market value right now but it will recover, do not panic

It is the usual move of bitcoins dump a little bit then high up fast. At this time the price is dumping a little then it is the time to buy more bitcoins.

It's now $9464 now, but this is normal situation and some people sell for personnel use. Just wait 2 to 4 days and you will realize the dump or pump, but my thoughts only Pump.

How is the current price of $9000 a dump? We were only at around $6000 a month ago from now. We just recently peaked at about $11,500 just days ago. A price correction was very expected. Do you really expect a certain cryptocurrency, stock, or asset in general to go up forever?

This isn't a panic, though, it's a correction.  Jumping 30% in value in a week is a huge gain for any market, it has to correct.  Especially since it crossed a huge threshold of $10k, a lot of people had triggers set up to sell at that price (and minted some new millionaires, I'm sure).

Wait it out, bitcoins bounce.

It's just profit taking. As long as it doesn't go below $7,700, it's good. In fact trading in a range between $8000 and $10,000 would be good because it consolidates that level.

Obviously it's a bit un-nerving for those who bought above $9000, but hold your nerve people. I personally think this has got a way to go before it tops out.

Its normal, you can't call it a dump yet since a month ago it was just around $6000. To be positive, lets call it a bitcoin SALE, it is where you can buy bitcoin at a cheaper price than an hour ago. But if you have bitcoin already, just hold it till it the value rise again so you won't regret it.
