Music - a cure for stress and mental pain. Also comedy is a good stress reliever, and it leaves you in a good mood. You can also look for "ASMR" videos on youtube, those are videos made specifically to help you relax. or take a short nap.

As a Christian, I overcome stressed by listening worship song and meditating God's word. After this i feel relax, i feel free, i feel that no chains is in me.

When I am stressed, I keep stressing my mind by playing chess online, as my adrenaline rushes and more endorphine released to my system I am distressed, relaxed and happy.

Actually, relieving stress will be different for each person. Try karaoke or sports, as for me it might be the best way to help me relaxing. A cup of coffee with friends also works out very well

Meditation (even if it's 10mn before going to bed), knitting, reading something light but catching so that you immerse yourself in the story, make love, weight lifting, and as the saying goes : if everything else fails, hug the dog ! (if I'm really honest, it is usually the first thing I do...)(I guess it works with the cat too)
