I generally read a book, the majority of time I have a book that I am willing to read for some time, I try to immerse myself as much as possible to try to forget the things that make me stressed.

I must be honest to myself. i am still searching for a favorable means to released Stress. Sometimes,i sleep, sometimes i talk to friends. some times i watch t.v. Some times. i soliloquize. the worst i masturbate just to sleep. i feel bad for my life. it is terrible. i believe i will get better One day. i have decided to play music when stressed.
can somebody explained the difference between been stressed and Bored.
Stress is your body's reaction to a negative stimulus whether real or imagined. Boredom is a heightened sense of time where you have the desire to do something but not the attention span required to complete (or maybe even to begin) the task. Boredom if unchecked could lead to stress.

If I stress, usually I will take the time to just hang out with my best friends or my partner, and tells what we feel to them which we believe will make our feelings better.

My only stress reliever when I got home from a long pressure day of my work is when I came home I always hug my wife and my only 5 years old chubby son. I don't why but I feel relax and comfort whenever I did it. The funny thing is sometimes I feel that I'm transferring the stress to them.

Go out. Watch movies or eat out your stress. You can also chill, drink coffee while listening to acoustic music. At least that is what I do to relax.

-Listen to music -Call a friend -Talk yourself through it -Laugh it off -Exercise (even for a minute) -Sleep better -eat healthy food

When I'm stressed the first thing I do if possible is to have a cold shower and very slowly. I do come out refreshed and energized. Also, listening toy favourite music with my headphone works magic for me. If I still have enough energy, I might decide to take a walk with my earphone still plugged and decide to take a walk around. I also talk to my friends either on phone or try to get them to come over to my place. Life is short, don't let stress make it shorter.

If possible play shooter games, if not just walk or do cardio. Also, try to break the problem that is stressing me to little issues, that I could solve.

I go shopping. I play taekwondo. I eat ice cream. I do all the things I love the most to remind me that I shouldn't feel hopeless. I'm blessed to do the things that I love. So, it isn't the end of the rope yet for me.

Meditation is my best form of relaxation when stressed. I sit still breathing deep for ten minutes , pressing my index finger and my thumb together with the aim of feeling the pulse between them.. works like a dream..
