Yeah I bet a lot of people will participate on the pre-ico and the crowdale, it just unfortunate that there are limitations for some specific countries, I'm sure that wouldn't affect the project that much but still it should've been great if this project can spread all over the world, it's just annoying how the government has this rules preventing people from specific countries to participate anyway enough with the rant, seeing that the man himself Mr. John Mcafee approves of this project and is somehow helping this project grow then this just shows how powerful this project is and how high is its potential. Andrew and Susan share the same interests but live on the other side of the world. They want to make a business transaction to exchange goods, but don’t know and trust each other well enough. InsurePal blockchain business transactions module allows them to conclude an upfront agreement in which they specify important terms and conditions of their transaction. Dear Insurepal team.

I have a question; today a car insurance costs cca. 1000 EUR. Let's say i am insured with AXA.
So, AXA charges me 1000 EUR upfront. If i cause an accident, next year the same motor policy will cost me more.

so, my question is: How and who will decrease this 1000 EUR of motor insurance? AXA will still want to get 1000 EUR for it.
If we brake this cost in two parts, myself and my trustee...we will still pay 1000 EUR no matter if i cause an accident, file a claim, etc.
