Now 3 / 10.93 shares remaining for next component (at current BTC rate shown in the OP)Time for a quick update. I've not had a reply from John K. yet about placing the order for H-board #2. I know from the last message that I had from him and from his forum profile that he's been really busy for the last week, so I think we have to be patient, but I'll send him a quick email now as he may not have been able to pick up our pm yet. We're getting close to being able to order H-board #3 as well, so it may be that we can ask John to order both at the same time  .

We're still slightly short on the BTC needed for H-board #3, so if anybody else is thinking of joining the group then the next few hours may be a good time to do it, as it will mean that we can place an order for both boards today. Let's see if we can break the 100 GH/s on order barrier today  .

My wallet got corrupted and is having to do a re-sync (taking SEVERAL hours). I'll be submitting payment and providing transaction details as soon as my wallet syncs.
OK, no worries, I'll mark you down as a "pledge" in the OP for the moment. Still showing 10 weeks behind on syncing. SOOOO SLLOOOOW. I definitely still want the share though. Just waiting on the wallet. |

Just waiting on the wallet. Ah, OK I think I got confused yesterday and thought that I'd spotted this coming into the escrow account. All sorted now, I know where we are. I really want John K to be able to place the order later (I've suggested that I pm him with the status of things at around 18:00 GMT), so I may top up the escrow account with your share myself (if you're still waiting on the wallet) so that we hit the threshold. Would you feel comfortable sending your share contribution to the address that I use to top up the escrow account, rather than directly to the escrow account (to pay me back as it were)? I'd rather not have to bother John with doing lots of transfers. I'll post the address here, so all should be transparent (got to love the blockchain - unless you're downloading it  ). Let me know if this sounds too scammy (it's not a scam) and you'd prefer to send BTC direct to the escrow account. |

If my payment doesn't come through in time, then go ahead and put it through and I'll pay you back directly. I don't really see what difference 'escrow' on my half BTC payment will make in the grand scheme of things, since the hardware is all coming to you anyway... But I'd prefer to have a nice neat clear paper trail regardless. I'm still hoping to be able to complete the re-index by the next couple of hours. I'm at work, and the internet connection here is WAY faster than my home connection, so hopefully it will finish before then. |

Hi manawenuz, no problem, we have 1 (or possibly 2, depending on what happens with the share that monkeynutts reserved) shares left in H-board #3 (I had a share contribution come through via bitmit before your post, which I need to add to the list). We will then continue to collect for H-board #4, which you would also be welcome to join. There was quite a bit of action last night (John K placed an order for us and I need to check on the status of recent pledges/contributions) so I need to do the calculations to see where we are and give you all an update. Just doing it now. |

OK, so I've done the calculations based on what John K. paid last night (see the OP for details) and we've benefited from a better BTC:Euro exchange rate than expected . This means that only 10.76 shares were issued in H-boards #2 and #3. Depending on what monkeynutts decides to do we may have one share left in H-board #3 (I'll pm him/her and ask what their plans are) and I've opened the collection for H-board #4. I've reserved you two shares in H-board #4 for the moment in case you want them, so just let me know what you want to do. |

Time for an update. John K. was kind enough to place an order last night for both H-board #2 and H-board #3 - thanks John . The VAT was calculated correctly on these components, so I've updated the OP with the correct price paid and final number of shares issued for these components. Just as a side note, we've not heard back from bitfurystrikesback.com yet about the VAT for H-board #2, which was not calculated correctly at the time of order, so this still needs to be paid. We'll send them a reminder today. Here's a link to a screenshot with the order in our bitfurystrikesback account ( http://s13.postimg.org/q4qvkzwqf/hboard2_3.jpg). We've now got 100 GH/s of bitfury hardware on order. A cool milestone I think . |
