i DL monera base in 20 hour 5GB. monero old 3-4 yers and this coin old 30 day...
why is so slowly? and how long DL base after 2-3 years? DL wait 10 YEARS?

Do a little more reading and a little less typing and you'll see I had the exact same problem as you. The solution is to stop the daemon and wallet client then delete the data.mdb and lock.mdb files then restart the daemon then the client, once the daemon says it is okay. The two .mdb files will be located in the C:\PROGRAMDATA\DERO\LMDB folder if using Windows.

Blockchain sync will restart from the beginning but generally proceed fairly quickly if no reorganization has to take place.

Stop daemon first, download and replace chain data from following link and restart daemon.:

Start daemon with following option to add priority seeds to get sync faster with low latency network:
Windows:
derod.exe --add-priority-node 89.38.96.169:18090 --add-priority-node 89.38.97.110:18090 --add-priority-node 212.8.242.60:18090 --add-priority-node 85.217.170.245:18090

After updating data.mdb you dont need to wait hrs just keep your daemon running.

Exchanges are returning to normal may be in another 1-2 days.

Relax, you wont loose any coins. Exchanges are returning to normal. Give them another 1-2 days.

I was wondering what sort of capabilities having smart contracts with a monero code can enable?  Not a hostile question, just honestly curious as to what is possible to accomplish with that combination which would be different to what can be done with smart contracts on a non-privacy coin.
