Theres a smart contract that issues about 400mil NGC. After the sale all tokens will get burned that havent been sold, except for an amount that the Team buys.
F.e: 55m will get sold and the NAGA Team buys 45m and rest is burned^^ they mention a free float of 55% which means they can never own more than 45%.^^
