Probably yeah, he obviously doesn't care since five out of six accounts are using the same address and that number "22" in the name. He knows that when those accounts get banned that he can simply make few ones and continue with bounty campaign spamming. Business as usual for an average bounty hunter.

Don't forget that you can post your connections containing banned UID's here and then make a short [Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban] linking back to this thread (the other thread actually asks that you don't posts investigations there).  This will ensure the admin/mods that are able to ban users for ban evasion are able to see just ban evasion information.

So far I always use the reporting tool, which seems to work.

What only amazes me, why "Autoban user" is often mentioned in the profiles, after I have posted my investigation and reported it!?
This does not happen in every case, but sometimes already.

Auto ban usually occurs (someone correct me if I'm mistaken) when a user that is banned attempts to log into one of the other UID's via the same I.P. that there previous alt had.  It's a great way to catch out previously banned users who may never have been caught out any-other way.  (it's been known to catch some big fish that way    ) so it's important to notify the mods of ban evasion in case the scammers are able to mask their I.P.'s.
