does anyone now, when ActiveMining shares are released at BTC-TC?
And at what price? 0.0025?

An ActM-PT will be released, when the asset gets approved by LTC-Global's moderators. There won't be another IPO, no new shares will be released or anything similar. All AMC-PT shares will be converted into ActM without any need to do anything.

There's about 3 million AMC shares on btct which combined with the 5.6 million on bitfunder = 8.6 million with 1.4 million to be released at a later date (with sufficient fore-warning)

I was just wondering the whole day, why someone buys ActiveMining shares for 0.004, when  there is another IPO at BTC-TC for 0.0025(which is obviously not the case )

The price could even reach 5 BTC/share, but not everyone would get the chance to sell for this price then..

And if everyone in the western world went to their banks and asked for their money the situation would be the same. As said you don't value against number of btc but against the price of btc/fiat while taking into account future earnings of the company.

Yep, that's correct using the latest released figures. Dunno when will those be sold, probably never or maybe when the FH chips are almost done, so that ActM can order even more out of the fab for the biggest impact. I would definitely save then for that moment.
