How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!
a new player only need to set up a small capital, between $100- $300 for trading, because in this number someone is tested,
whether someone will continue or even stop, and if there is a loss then the number is very small...

BIG WINNER!

I think if you can do a small amount, it also does not matter too. Since you are with a small capital you will get a small profit too. just start with small amount and you will see how lucky you are.

First of all it's totally depend on your wealth....If you have more money then you can invest as much as you can. Secondly if you new in cryptocurrency world then you sould invest a bit amount of money to understand about trading.

It's impossible to say what number is the best. Just invest an amount that wouldn't hurt you financially even if you lost all of it. It's the best decision.

Like almost everyone above stated you should start with the amount of money that will not affect your life if you loose it. My advice is to start with a small amount and keep it  for while.

First of all, DO NOT invest if you can't lose the money. You can start to invest $1000 between $10000 in top 10 altcoins. Probably end of the year you'll be holding a hundred grand in your wallet. Cheers!

It's depends on how much you are willing to lose. In crypto it is advisable to invest what you can afford to loose, don't invest all your money. So invest what you can afford to lose.

You can start on whatever amount of money you have, as there are really cheap promising coins and the starting point is low.

If you start with more you will get more.
Everything above 100$ can be a good amount.
But you can start with what you can afford.

How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!
I think 2000 $ is enough to start altcoin trading but if you want to buy expensive altcoin like ethereum in my opinion you should add your money because if you just buy a little coin, lucky you too little
I think it's better to buy cheap coins in bulk than to buy expensive coins

There is no ideal number, you can start with at least $ 50. What matters is how much you want to get with your investment. The greater the amount you invest, the greater the amount you can earn.

He should start off with much less than $100. He doesn't know how to invest in a coin and the odds of him choosing all the coins mentioned in this thread is very slim.

Actually you can start by any amount even only $50, but the amount of money should be the same with your skill in trading. And because trading altcoin is risky much better start by amount afford to lose. But if you think you have enough skill and have good trading plan you can start by $1000 or more but make sure that free money that willing to lose because no body can guaranted you will get profit.

No matter what you have actually make up your mind to do , please be very careful

When the time i start trading i invested a 1000$ for learning purpose this value is a good start, but think the other factor like the fees or what site do you want to start trading there are exchange site that has a small fee but lots of them will kill you in a high fee. But i feel you can start with what you can afford.

I think it's necessary to start with $ 3000 in crypto currency. 1000 dollars holding on longevity, in bitcoin of course. another 1000 dollars to use for trading on the stock exchange. And spend the third thousand on promising tokens in the mid-term, for 6-8 months ..

Before we get familiar with the rules, we should put less money into it

I think with the funds you have because if you invest in Altcoin and invest do not determine how much will be invested because there is no minimum amount to start investing into the world of crypto and better to now invest in the long term to profit

Depend on the profit that you want to make it and how much free money that you have. Best amount to start for beginner is around $200 - $500. This amount not too big money and will be no stress when lose it. Actually the more important things to start in trading is learn about strategy of technical analysis first, though you start less than $100 will be fine, just to test the knowledge in trading.

There are no ideal number for everyone for investment. You should spent what you are afford to lose, because this is high risk investment which you could lose your money without knowing the basic knowledge.

There is such thing like how much should you have to start trading mate. Just put some money of it when you can afford to loss it. The more quantity you have, the more profit or losses you will get. But as to begin on it, try to have only $100 to start to get some experience mate
